The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to the 2 private bedrooms.
