"The hotel was nice & the room was very clean. The restaurant wasn’t open which meant a drive out after a long day’s driving. The shower was only slightly warm in the morning and took a very long time to even reach that. The breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly. "

"Never stayed here before - and only stayed one night. Booked one of the "comfort-rooms". The room was newly renovated - and very clean! Lovely people at the reception and in the breakfast area. The breakfast doesn't have too much options, but definitely covered my needs. They also offered to make scrambled eggs. Great service, quite area, nice clean rooms. Can recommend! "

"Staff was good. If you contact to the landlord, then he will prepare it well.It was big for 3 adults where in beautiful and small town. Looked very traditional place so great. But if you are very sensitive for noise from outside, you need to think about it. I stayed 2days and move to other city by car. Parking also great. I recommended! "

"The Hotel Platengarten is within walking distance of the rail station and has many restaurants nearby. The host was exceptionally accommodating. Our room faced the main road and was very quiet and comfortable. We did not hear the traffic. Breakfast was available every morning with many options to choose from. We would stay again. "
