This property is great, centrally located, very clean and accessible. Kitchen is fully stocked and very clean with great appliances which is important to me. Our family visited for our son's wedding and this spot is very close to Pismo Beach and Orcutt where the wedding was located. Hosts are awesome and very responsive.

The house was perfect as we stayed there the weekend of our son‘s wedding. The sun deck on top was lovely as we were able to see Wales spouting. We did find a used water bottle and Gatorade bottle under a couple of beds when we checked in, but otherwise it was pretty clean.

This was a beautiful vacation rental. Served our 5 adults and 3 children well. Had a nicely stocked kitchen making cooking our meals easy. The best part is the roof top entertaining area. Spent a lot of time up there admiring the views of the ocean and enjoying our conversations. The only thing we found that was not satisfactory was the bed in the middle room. The mattress cover was lumpy and the neighbor's security light shined so bright it felt like it was daylight out. Easy fixes. Also, could not find a regular broom. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy celebrating my dad's 80th birthday in your home.

Wonderful time at a great place

The location is great; we enjoyed walking on the beach every day. The property has everything needed. We spent a relaxing week reconnecting with family in the spacious living room and kitchen and in the surrounding area.

Nice beach house

Nice clean place to stay by Grover Beach. Fun to do atv’s but the town is small. Mattresses a bit hard and all queens or smaller. Kitchen well stocked!

Great Spot

Really cool house. Modern and spacious enough for our group of 8. The young adults loved the pool and ping pong table. The parents loved being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and the beach. We all loved the rooftop with the firepit and amazing ocean and sunset views. Grover Beach is a great spot! Not overrun with tourists like Pismo.

Great Stay in Grover Beach

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our time at the beach home in Grover Beach.It was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a group of 4 parents and 4 adult kids, and it was perfect for this group. The ping pong game downstairs was a big hit and the dinning table was nice a spacious for our big group to eat and play games together. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony and the fire pit. The walk to the beach was nice as well. Overall a wonderful stay in a great little town.

Would stay again

Overall it was great. Lots of space. I do think the cleaning fee is a bit high for what we had to do. We were asked to remove all the trash, strip all the beds of linen, and clean and put away any dishes. Location was perfect. Oh and the mattresses peobably could be changed. The one in the master is actually tilting towardd the head board on one side.

Great Girls Weekend!

Five ladies had a great time staying in this house. Very clean and every cooking necessity was available. The rooftop with fire pit was fantastic. Our only suggestion is to upgrade the window coverings to blackout shades or curtains. Otherwise it was perfect! Short walk to wine tasting at Monarch Grove Winery and the beach. Thanks so much!

Great location but this place was quite dirty! Dust everywhere on the floor. Our 11 month old was covered in dirt. There is a rule to use the outside shower if you went to the beach, but the shower didn't work! Lastly, there was a constant beeping coming from the garage all day and night. We reached out to the management our first night and they never responded to our message. Our guests in the rooms downstairs near the garage had difficulty sleeping. Also this is random, but can opener could be found. C'mon, man!
