"The place is outdated, it feels like a grammas room. Kind of god weirded out by all the old furniture. The host was also on site, I could hear her voice in the stairs hallway. The location is not bad but it’s also not super close to the beach. Overall I don’t think I got my moneys worth. For the price I wish I would have stayed in an actual hotel or motel."

"It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us.
It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner!
A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg!
Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby!
Host, Jon were quick to reply when we reached out. Couldn't have been better!
Also had left us an unexpected...

"Kimmy, our host provided great information prior to check in. Loved that there was a beach wagon and umbrella available on site to take to the beach. The location is close to both Pismo and Avila. Our visit included “older” guests- wish there was a bedroom on the ground floor- but that was my bad for not looking more closely. The place is great. Pots/towels/basics were available and excellent."

"The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set."
