About this space
You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this brand new modern and comfortable home set under the Pines. Everything you may need is close at hand. Beautiful location close to Pine Mountain Lake, 3 beaches around the lake, walking trails, Golf Course with a restaurant and Yosemite National Park.
The space
Newly renovated and updated home with brand new cabinets, appliances, flooring and more. Master bedroom has a king bed with an attached private bathroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin bed. This bedroom also has a attached bathroom. Front deck is perfect for morning cups of coffee or late night star gazing. The back patio is equipped with an outdoor table and BBQ grill.
Guest access
The entire home. Back patio and front deck. Garage is not accessible for guest.
Other things to note
The area is a high fire danger we do not allow any smoking or fire pits.
Pets must be approved before booking. Most large breeds are not accepted. Pet fee is per pet and the max limit is two.
We do not allow usage of the wood burning stove/fireplace. There is a $44 fee to enter Pine Mountain Lake. This will give you access to all of the amenities for up to 7 days.
Please be honest with guest count, bringing more guest than stated on your reservation may result in a termination of your stay without a refund or a penalty of $100 depending on the situation. We try our best to keep the BBQ propane filled but can not guarantee it. You may exchange at Marval Grocery and you will be reimbursed by sending a copy of your receipt.
