Perfect place for families with children

We had a fantastic first time in Groveland! House was beautiful, had everything we needed, and more! We have young kids, so the toys and game room were a hit! Host was fast at communication and provided us with all of the information we needed about the area and the home.

Big family vacation

Perfect for our big family vacation grandparents through grandkids. Had everything we needed, enjoyed the deer that would visit the backyard. Swam in the pool, fished in the lake, and were amazed by the beauty of Yosemite, and Mariposa Grove. Even the teenagers had a good time.

One of the best vacation rentals

This vacation rental was so nice, clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and accurately advertised on HomeAway. Drive to Yosemite Village is a little over 1 hr. But the location of the property is a couple of mins from Lake Pine Mountain, great place to spend the evening. I would recommend this property to my friends without a doubt.

Love it!

This location allows to go Yosemite National Park in little over an hour and about half an hour drive to very interesting towns of Columbia, Jamestown and Sonora . It’s a great gateway experience that you’ll remember.

Great house for girls weekend

The only drawback was the smoke from the Ferguson fire. We had to stay inside our last full day there. Other than that, the area is beautiful and we were able to enjoy the lake on Tuesday. We were looking forward to seeing Yosemite but the fire cancelled that.

Really liked the house and the stay. The location was very calm and quiet. Far away from city life noise. The house was really specious and clean. Lots of toys for kids. It also had a pool board. The owner was also very helpful.

Fun experience

A couple girls and I stayed at the GoodTimesCabin for a getaway trip. The house was spacious and clean. There were plenty of games as well as a pool table that kept us entertained. The bedrooms were comfortable to sleep in & very roomy. The location of the cabin was also very nice, as it was by a lake. Definitely recommend families & friends to stay here!

Great home for the whole family!

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was really a home away from home! We went to San Fransisco and Yosemite. Being winter the home was perfect for the chilly weather, with great heating and something we all loved too was that it was very clean! We loved that it was also close to a little market which was very convenient for groceries. A very quiet and peaceful community. I would definitely recommend it and would love to be back!

We come to PM regularly. This was the best home we’ve stayed ever stayed in. Beautifully remodeled bed rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The deck was perfect for BBQ’s and conversation. I would and plan to stay here again.

Great multi-family getaway

Everything about our visit was great from the spacious home to the cute little mountain town nearby. The house was updated and cozy all at the same time. The provided games, books, pool table and more kept the kids busy and the open layout was perfect for making dinner together and talking with friends. I hope to make it back in the summer sometime to take part in some of the lake activities.

Home away from home

My extended family and I stayed at Brittany's house as part of a pre-Christmas getaway trip to Yosemite, and we had a fantastic time! The fundamentals are 10/10. The house is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable (especially the tempurpedic cal king), the kitchen is well appointed, and most importantly, the owner is extremely responsive and friendly. We had a minor issue with the heater not getting hot enough on our first night and Brittany responded immediately. She took our concerns to heart and had a repair person on-site within hours. She went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and we slept comfortably for the remainder of our trip. In addition to the solid fundamentals, there are a ton of extras that make this house a great place to vacation. The kids enjoyed the toys, TV + Roku box, and books in the living room while the adults had a blast shooting pool and playing board games downstairs. Downtown Groveland offers a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping just a few minutes away while the entrance to Yosemite is just a half hour drive. Give Brittany's place a try, I'm confident you'll have a great time!

Clean & Cozy

We can’t say how much we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. You can tell the owners anticipated the needs of their guests with all of the amenities provided. We were so comfortable. The beds we also very comfortable. They got rave reviews! We can’t wait to come back for another visit.
