MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA.
Muy mal! Servicio NADA RECOMENDABLE!. Abusivos!. Poco serviciales, calefacción NO SIRVE!.. Cafetera NO SIRVE Camas incómodas, almohadas muy incómodas, pero sobre todo la Atención de su personal, agresiva, poco servicial.. JAMÁS regresaría ahí!

La regadera se tapaba mucho y no estaba limpia. Y hacer check In hasta las 4:30 si es mucha espera a lo acostumbrado.

Dirty sheets
The hotel was very nice, refurbished rooms. everything was okay. But when I cheacked the bed to go sleep, the sheets were very dirty they even had hair. I tried to call the front desk but they never answered. I preferred to sleep on the carpet that night. I called hotels.com and a really bad thing was that they couldn't help me to change hotel, hotels.com only offered me a 20 dollar cupon, even I'm a gold member who spent more that 30 nights per year. I hope that the hotel really takes care about it, because it's nice and refurbished as I said. And I also hope hotels.com reallly concerned about its customers from there and beyond.

The location of this property relative to the park is why we chose to stay here. It's a nice property, well maintained, and clean. The rooms are a nice size and have everything you need. The outdoor area with tables and chairs for relaxing is very nice. The only thing that created a problem is that using their mailing address in your GPS will get you to a location 13 miles away! That's a lot on a 2 lane winding road after a long day of traveling! The description should say it's in Buck Meadows even if the mailing address is different. That would at least keep people from driving right past it.

We stayed here after visiting Yosemite for two days. This place was very homey and beautiful. The room was up-to-date and very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We liked the swimming pool and hot tub as well as the diner next-door. Staff were friendly and kind and informative.

Room maintenance issues, coffee maker did not work, air conditioning unit tripped regularly after less than a minute of operation ( tried different temp setting), toilet flushing issues, had to use the first floor guest restroom first day.

We had very clean, comfortable accomodations! The beds were great for getting a good night sleep….or was it walking around Yosemite all day that assured good sleep!!!???😉 Very noisy group of kid# above our room ( not the property’s fault and lots of noisy birds . An hour from Yosemite Valley. Good restaurant next door.

The property was okay, average motel level. Good thing was not too far to Yosemite national park. However, the price was high, $534US for two nights.

We had a great stay. Enjoyed Yosemite National Park - so easy to get to the entrance. Property was great. Had picnic meals a couple of times. Enjoyed wine on Adirondack chairs a couple of nights. Nice to walk to restaurant next door. Good food, wonderful staff. Cleaning staff was very efficient and did a good job supplying us with what we needed. Jennifer at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff over weekend and when we checked out was rude.

The reason I don’t give your property a five star is because how thin the walls are I actually felt like the person in the room next to me was in my room talking and they weren’t yelling. I could understand every word I could hear when they got a text I was in room 504. Not sure if something can be done about that. It was truly crazy how well I could hear them. Also the night we got in I was having trouble with the remote the gentleman that came and helped us was incredibly rude. He did come back a couple minutes later and was very nice. However, he did not apologize for his behavior. I just attribute it to him having a bad day, I work with the general public so I know how hard it can be. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. I did love how clean my room and the property was.

Yosemite Westgate Lodge is a 20-minute drive from the Big Oak Flat gate - Hwy 120. Did not see anything nearer. It is nicely furnished and property is pristine. Our room seemed like good hotel. The more rustic restaurant and bar next door has a full menu for every meal and is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Had 4 meals there and would have liked to try more from the dinner menu.
