Dated everything, beds all need upgrades, carpet need replaced or good cleaning, pots & pans need replacing and everything in kitchen needs good cleaning. So fun with all the games and wonderful family time in garage game room. Just needs some TLC

We stayed with our kids, grandkids and two dogs to be closer to our planned Half Dome hike. It was a long drive at 3am but worked out reasonably well. There was not traffic on the way in. The location is perfect, just up from the swimming beach and has nice views of the lake. It is in need of remodeling as the carpet has wear and stains and the kitchen and bathrooms were past their prime. Worked out well for us as the original rental was canceled due to last minute damage so for such a large group with dogs we didn't have a lot of options.

Great location for a cabin getaway. Enjoyed walking down to the nearby beach and playground. Luckily weather cooperated with us for late February. Only negative was some of the amenities pictured were in dire need of repair. Just as an example, almost all the pool sticks were broken. At the end of the day, we all had fun regardless.

It was a great 3 days staying in your Cabin. It was huge for just the 4 of us. My parents had a great time in the cabin and walking around the lake front and around the area. It’s very convenient as Yosemite National Park was closeby. We all had an awesome time. Looking forward to coming back to Pine mountain lake again in the future. Thank you!

Location was perfect, the only down fall was both refrigerators didn’t work. We had to put our food in the freezer.

We arrived and the kitchen fridge and various outlets weren’t working. This was the first night. Second night we loss complete power. Lights would turn on and then suddenly turn off. Breakers weren’t tripped. Then my daughter was complaining about the shower hurting. I originally thought it was just the pressure of the spray. Then my wife and sister both said they felt a tingle/shock when they touched the water. Immediately called prop manager to send an electrician. So we spent the second night totally in the dark with no electricity and avoided using the water. Next morning an electrician arrived and concluded that there was voltage in the water and pge was needed to survey the electrical problems. So my vacation that I had planned for over 8 months was cut short. Short story, we ended up having to vacate the premises due to unsafe living conditions. I understand that older homes will have problems. But I think this one could’ve been avoided had a thorough check of the house been conducted prior to our arrival. Took time off work to plan this vacation, had family flown in , money spent on food and drinks for our 5day trip. All went to waste due to faulty electrical wiring.

The location was excellent! The property was just old and shabby enough that we didn’t over worry about the kids playing too hard. They loved the lake, stuffed animals and games.

The description was accurate. It's right in front of the lake and play area. House had everything as listed in the listing. The pool table was a hit for our group. We had some issues with the heater but the maintenance team came up and delivered extra heaters as well.

But fittings are really old. Property managers were very helpful with providing extra room heaters and blankets as it was really cold in the basement . One of the kitchen cupboard doors was broken and the bathroom light in the basement was not working .

Safety Issues - Broken picture frame with exposed glass Broken window Non Safety issues - TV cable did not work on main level No TV on lower floor where all of the DVDs are House not cleaned - hair in bathroom, kitchen dirty, stains all over the house, etc Couch on lower floor broken Chairs on main floor broken Railing had exposed nails AC unit filters filthy, cleaned ourselves in order to get AC working Door handle on lower floor in kids room almost falling off, we repaired ourselves Fluorescent kitchen light doesn't work no kitchen garbage can BBQ left dirty Broken toilet paper holder on top floor Missing toilet paper holder on bottom floor Ripped felt on pool table Pool cues all damaged Broken lamp shades on main floor Broken electrical outlet plates all through the house Rug pulling up from bottom floor bathroom Blinds messed up in every room During our vacation, we have had to replace the lights in the kitchen, the lights in the dining area, fixed the door knobs in the kids room, fixed the sliding glass doors, cleaned the filters in both AC units as well as the swamp cooler, we tried to clean the dining table but ended up putting a table cloth down since it is beyond cleaning. For the money that was spent on this rental, I feel we did not get what was advertised nor what we paid for. We have been coming to PML for decades and have been at this house more than 5 times. It seems that in the last 20+ years not a penny has been spent to replace/repair anything that has been damaged by the renters and it shows. We had fond memories of this house and PML in general. Unsure we will ever com e back or use Vacasa ever again due to this experience.
