No smoking allowed on the property. Pets ARE permitted in this unit with pet deposit. The area is vulnerable to wildfires—outdoor fires are strictly prohibited. Sensitive septic system—only septic-safe toilet paper may be flushed. WiFi is via satellite or T-MOBILE and might be slow at times—guests are encouraged to unplug and enjoy nature.
