Holiday with a group of friends

We really enjoyed our week here with our group of friends and our dog! As others have said, the pool is pretty amazing. The electricity bill was less than we expected from other reviews (we stayed in mid-June), about 180 euros, so not too bad.

Sommerferien mit Familie

Sehr schönes Anwesen am Berg gelegen. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich direkt um Anliegen. Der Pool ist mega groß und sauber, sowohl für Kind und Erwachsene. Das Anwesen wird täglich von dem Gärtner gereinigt. Die Einrichtung ist funktional und sauber, ja sie ist etwas älter, aber ich finde das es dadurch auch seinen Charme hatte. Das Meer erreicht man nach ca. 10 min mit dem Auto. Alles in allem war es ein wünderschöner Urlaub und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Fantastic place

Really nice house with a fantastic pool and tennis! Airconditioning in the bedrooms. Close to the beach and clubs. Nice garden with bbq. We had a great time and really would like to visit villa ariete again! Thanks a lot Nadia!

Vacanza fantastica

Il posizionamento della casa é per chi cerca la tranquillità fantastico: sempre un po' ventilato, con una vista mare bellissima - si è completamente solitari. I dettagli del giardino.. - che è sensazionale - sono straorinari: i molti angoli progettati con attenzione ai dettagli, le molte aree di seduta diverse che offrono sempre una nuova vista, il posto barbeque.. .. È stata la più bella esperienza all'aperto che abbiamo avuto finora. La piscina è sovradimensionata e molto ben tenuta. Abbiamo giocato a ping-pong e a tennis... La casa stessa offre anche moltissimo, ma l'abbiamo usata poco dato che tutta la nostra vita si è svolta nel giardinoera. Comunque, è stato super conveniente che ognuna delle due famiglie avesse il proprio piano con il proprio bagno. Ia proprietaria è stata super gentile e sempre disponibile con buonissimi consigli. I bimbi si sono divertiti un sacco - abbiamo fatto gite bellissime, visto che la zone offre tantissimo. Una vacanza tutto sommata ben riuscita!

Holiday with kids

Lovely location with great surroundings. Pool, tennis court and the barbecue area were amazing. Kitchen well-equipped and all rooms spacious. We stayed for a week with 6 adults + 6 kids and it worked for us just perfectly.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Die Villa ist wirklich ein Traum. Ruhige Lage, viel Platz und jede Menge an Möglichkeiten für sportliche Aktivitäten. Wir waren in Summe 8 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder. Platz hatten wir reichlich. Der Pool war ein Traum und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Zum Strand und den Restaurants ist es mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit. Ca 5 min. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Very nice place with some little flaws

I stayed at this villa together with 7 friends and we had a wonderful time! The large pool is the big highlight of the house. We had a lot of fun in there, it was well-kept (daily cleaning service of the pool) and it is large enough for at least 12 people. In contrast to the bed rooms, which are in my opinion too small for more than 10 people, except for children maybe. The garden was a little bit dried out, I guess the gardener doesn't come after the peak season so it wasn't really possible to lie on the grass. The Wifi wasn't very fast, it was impossible to stream music over it or even use it to read some texts etc. with all 8 people simultaneously. So if you want to have Internet in this villa you should bring some roaming data with your smartphone or tablet. The billiard table was nice, although it is worth to mention that it isn't a pool table but a caram billiard table (so without the pockets). The kitchen was well equipped, we often cooked there when it was too cold to use the even better bbq-area. We also often used the tennis court which was quite nice. The sauna is rather small, max. 2 people can sit in there. In the price of this house the electricity costs aren't included. We knew that from the first so we already knew that we had to pay the bill at the end of our stay. Nevertheless I think the power consumption of the house (pool, sauna, lights, fridges, ...) is quite high so we expected a lower electricity bill in the end. The landlord Nadia was really kind and very uncomplicated. All in all we enjoyed ourselves a lot in this huge villa and had a wonderful holidays.

Great House and Location

We stayed with 3 families (13 in total) for a week, the house was the perfect size and the facilities kept 7 kids entertained for a week without any complaints. Nadia was really helpful and we happily recommend.

Wunderbare zwei Wochen

Wunderbare zwei Wochen in der Villa Ariete, sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Verwalterin (Nadia). Haus wunderbar gelegen mit phantastischem Pool. Kaum etwas zu bemängeln, außer dass die gesondert zu zahlende Stromrechnung über 400 Euro ausgemacht hat und das WLAN faktisch nicht funktioniert hat.

Great place

Had a wonderful stay with whole family. House and garden is fantastic with ocean view. Swimming pool even better than expected. Owner is very friendly and helpful and lives in neighbouring villa. Grottammare is very nice with fine beach and many nice restaurants and bars. A 'real' small italian town, and not one of those spoiled touristic places. The only negative aspect is that you need a car to go down to town from villa. A few taxis are available, but not always easy to find. However, people are friendly, so we never got stranded. /Jonas

Urlaub vom feinsten - sensationell

Die Villa Ariete bietet für größere Familien ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil. Großzügige Gartenanlage mit wunderschönen Verweilplätzen unter Bäumen und Palmen laden zum Träumen, Lesen, Quatschen ein. Der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen - riesengroß mit einer ansprechenden Wassertiefe für Wasserspass pur. Die große Küche mit einem tollen Gasherd ist für jeden Küchenchef eine Riesenfreude. Einzige Wehrmutstropfen: Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein ausgefallen und die Betten/Matratzen sind teilweise unbequem hart (wer das halt nicht mag). Der Tennisplatz ist ein Hartplatz und ist teilweise vom Belag her an der Grundlinie brüchig, stört aber den Hobbyspieler nur wenig. Für den Zeitvertreib ist viel Abwechslung und viel Raum geboten. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Ariete und wir bedanken uns bei Nadja für diese kleine Auszeit.

Perfect hideaway in the hills

A fabulous villa for a holiday with family & friends. The villa was beautiful with very spacious gardens. The bedrooms were all a very good size and slept 10 of us very well. The villa was very clean and had everything you could need whilst on holiday. The pool was very big and was cleaned every day.. Close to the pool was a covered barbeque area which lit up at night and had music piped down to it, we really enjoyed our evenings in here. There is plenty to do with tennis court, table tennis, pentaque, archery, darts and an italian billards table. the villa has a large lounge/dining area which is a very social space for a large group. Nadia is very friendly and was extremely helpful. We would all love to return one day and would not hesitate to recommend.

We had wonderful holidays!!

The Villa is as described big and beautiful. It was well maintained and clean. The owner was friendly and very cooperative. The swimming pool is really very nice and clean. On one side the pool is shallow for non-swimmers and gets gradually deeper to the other side. The pool is beautifully illuminated at night. We enjoyed grilling with nice music (Music system with speakers at grill area) We enjoyed playing Tennis and table tennis. The Billiard table on the top floor is a carom billiard (without pockets), which we didn’t know how to play. But there was a guide on how to play in Italian. Local grocery store is quite close. The long beach of Grottammare & San Benedetto is beautiful and has a lot of restaurants. Our electricity consumption was higher than expected. It may be due to our extensive use of air conditioning and keeping the pool filter system on throughout our stay. Nonetheless the total costs were worth the stay. We have already recommended the Villa to our friends!

perfect house, pool and garden

We enjoyed our stay very very much. The house, situated at a small hill at the end of a private road, is really big and offers enough space for everybody. Silent aircondition in each room. The kitchen is professional equipped with refrigerators and cooker at industrial level and sufficient table- and cookware. There are a lot of different places within the spaciousely garden, where you can enjoy the time beeing there. The garden is lovery and topped by the fantastic pool only. Palm trees and amazing views, a private spring provides fresh drink water. The hirer is very friendly and helpful. She is living close to the villa and always reachable by telefone. The village Grottammare can be reached by car in a few minutes, a lot of super markets, shops and restaurants are available as well, but you need a car to go there. We can absolutely recommend this villa. We had a very pleasant stay and would rent it again at any time.
