"Det var 20 till 25 grader varmt ute och ingen air condition, vilket gjorde att rummet var varmt. Vi hade rum mot vattenfallet så det gick inte att ha fönstret öppet p.g.a. ljudet. För övrigt var allt jättebra."

"I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. ..."
