Direct access from the living area leads to both the garden and the 50 m2 partly roofed terrace, which is furnished and offers beautiful views of the lake, the garden, and the surrounding countryside.

    On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms provide restful and well-appointed sleeping spaces. The first bedroom faces west and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, with direct access to the 14 m2 west-facing balcony.
