Cozy one-room apartment right on the market square and next to the spa gardens

The modern "Sonnenschein" apartment is centrally located and was completely renovated in 2016.
In the entryway, you’ll find a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a 2-burner ceramic cooktop; all necessary appliances—such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—as well as a microwave and cooking and dining utensils are provided.
The spacious and bright living room is furnished with a large bed. (Dimensions: 1.80 x 2 m—please bring your own sheets and duvet covers; pillows and blankets are stored in the couch’s storage compartment). A large flat-screen TV, stereo system, and DVD player ensure cozy evenings in front of the TV.
The modern en suite bathroom features a relatively large walk-in shower with a flat entry and glass partition, as well as a sink and toilet. The hallway features space-saving built-in closets for your clothes and other belongings.
The balcony spans the entire width of the living room and is equipped with a small seating area for two people. From here, you can overlook the entire Grömitz market. Smoking is, of course, permitted on the balcony.
The apartment is accessible via a staircase (approx. 18 steps).

It’s about a twelve-minute walk to the beach.
During the season (May through October), a seasonal beach chair is available to you free of charge.
