The bright living area combines living, dining, and cooking in an open-concept space. The open kitchen is fully integrated and offers everything you need for your vacation. The high-quality furnishings and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable living experience in every season. From the living area, you have direct access to the large balcony. Here, facing southwest, you can enjoy plenty of sunshine, the beach chair, and a side view of the sea.

**Sleeping**
The separate bedroom offers you a quiet retreat for restful nights. The double bed, measuring 180 x 200 cm, ensures a comfortable night’s sleep. Two additional sleeping spots are available on the sleeper sofa in the living area. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 guests.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and blends harmoniously into the apartment’s high-quality overall design.
