El hotel está muy lejos del pueblo de Lago di Como aunque está a la orilla del lago. Buen servicio y habitaciones limpias solo llevar efectivo suficiente porque no nos aceptaron el uso de las tarjetas de credito

Excelentes anfitriones
Muy bien ubicado, ya que a 50 metros está la estación del barco para cruzar a Belaggio y de ahí a los demás lugares. Si llevas automóvil el hotel tiene estacionamiento gratuito. Al registrarnos, Andrea el dueño vio nuestros pasaportes mexicanos y solo por eso nos dio una cortesía de un buen café italiano además de una charla muy amena y agradable. Al día siguiente nos levantamos tarde, después de la hora del desayuno, sin embargo a pesar de eso Andrea nos esperó con un delicioso desayuno incluido, sin importar la hora. Ademas nos recomendó visitar unos magníficos lugares como Arona antes de llegar al aeropuerto de Malpensa. Gracias Andrea. La hemos pasado muy bien gracias a ti. Y por supuesto cuando volvamos nos quedaremos e tu hotel.

Perfect for Solo travelers
The Hotel isn't the most luxurious high end hotel, but the amenities are just fine for a person who is traveling alone, if you are visiting Lake Como there is a 98% chance that you wont be on the hotel until night to sleep. The included breakfast is great and less than 20 meters from the hotel you have a bus stop and about 200 meters you have the Ferry Station that connects to the rest of the towns around lake como. The staff is super friendly and helpful plus they speak English. You also have a mini market less than 50 meters from the hotel where you can get the bus tickets and anything else you may need. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it!

Great view of Lake Garda from the hotel, can see straight across to Vareena and Bellagio. Hotel is short walk from ferry stop Cadenabbia, which was great for visiting the nearby towns. Very well located. Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Andrea and Silvia were wonderful hosts and the other guests we met there became friends. Laid back area since many of the larger hotels failed during covid but thankfully this gem survived. Get there before the crowds overwhelm the area.

Es gibt genau drei Sachen die gut sind: Aussicht Sauberkeit Freundlichkeit der Besitzer Alles andere ist wirklich nicht gut. Wem nur diese Dinge wichtig sind, ihr seid hier richtig. Alle anderen: Direkt am Hotel verläuft eine Straße, sie ist stark befahren, da seit Jahren ein Tunnel gebaut wird. Es donnern also ständig LKWs, laute Motorräder und PKWs durch, ohne Pause. Die Fenster können dies kaum dämpfen. In unserem Zimmer war eine kaputte Klimaanlage installiert, die war so laut, dass man sie wieder ausmachen musste. Der Deckenventilator wurde nicht sachgemäß angebracht und machte nervige Geräusche, so dass man auch diesen nachts ausschalten musste. Die Tür zum Bad ging nicht komplett auf, da das Waschbecken im Weg war. Außerdem war die Türklinke ausgerissen, so dass wir nicht sicher waren, ob wir wieder ins Zimmer kommen können. Die Einrichtung ist alt, abgewohnt. Die Lichtschalter fallen ab. Das Frühstück ist genau so, wie alle anderen es hier bereits beschrieben haben. Ich wundere mich über die guten Bewertungen hier. Es entsteht das Gefühl, dass eher der Lago di Coma und nicht die Unterkunft bewertet wird.

Great Service
We arrived and were told that they did not have our reservation. After showing them the confirmation they decided to upgrade us. They were very helpful in telling us what to see and where to go. The place is located in a very convienent area. We enjoyed walking up and down the waterfront and having dinner. We thought that there service was top notch and a wonderful place to visit.

Die Tagesdecke ist alt und fleckig. Ge erell sind alle diese italienischen Bettdecken nicht ansprechend.Glücklicherweise war es so warm, dass man diese nicht gebraucht hat.

Cheap but incredible value
Incredible value on lake como, the hotel shows its age but for the price it honestly didn’t bother me at all. Restaurant served incredible food, bar outside with amazing beer, lake view was outstanding. Breakfast was included too! With a very large selection of products including fresh pastries and juices. I would happily stop again!

Très bonne adresse que je recommanderai à quiconque me demande conseil sur un lieu d'hébergement sur le Lac de Côme. La chambre est spacieuse avec pas une, pas deux mais trois grande baie vitrée donnant sur le lac. La vue est splendide. Le personnel est très sympathique et de bon conseil. Le restaurant accolé est très bon (mention spéciale pour les spaghettis alla carbonara, un régal). Pour finir, l'hôtel est idéalement situé : à quelques minutes à pied de la Villa Carlotta et de l'embarcadère pour se rendre à Bellagio, Mennagio ou Varenna. Possibilité de se garer dans le parking réservé à l'établissement. C'est un sans fautes !

Simple, charming, and quiet spot in Grianfe, walkable from Tremezzo. Lovely charm! It took a one hour train travel by bus but we had such a good time! Breakfast is simple but it was very nice to have it with the rate.

We got a room with a magnificent view of Lake Como. Checkin was smooth and friendly staff. The breakfast was superb and delicious with a variety of fruits, yogurt, breads, cheeses etc to chose from. And the stops for Cadenabbia ferry or bus were just steps away.

Notre séjour au bord du lac de como a été reposant . Pas mal de promenades en ferry qui nous a permis de découvrir une partie du lac .Le restaurant à proximité est excellent , le service est bon . Les conseils touristiques de l hôtelier ont été profitable .

Nice family hotell, beautiful view of the lake. We didnt have AC in the room but we had a ceiling fan that sounded horrible which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that we would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, it's a bit older, but the rooms are good and the bathroom very big and with a window which can be opened. Our room had windows with lake view. But noisy at night as we were on the first floor and the road in front is quite busy, but after a while you get used to it.

We enjoyed our stay here as the owner is friendly and helpful, the area is great, the view from the bedrooms, like the picture here, is beautiful. My only caveat is that the property is in OK condition but it's also pretty old. Still I think the rate that we paid reflects this so overall I am happy. Would I stay here again. Yes, but I'm not sure if my wife would....
