We had a wonderful experience with our stay at your hotel. We had a problem with the heating in our room when we first checked in. The staff was kind to move us to another room with proper heating. The staff also moved our luggage to the new room.

The proximity to everything in Lorne was great but the apartment looked a little outdated and needs some refurbishing.
