"Una estancia fatal ,no estuvieron pendientes de la reserva , me tocó llamar a mi a que me dijeran los códigos , me tocó poner 150 de depósito cuando en ningún lugar lo decía , al día de hoy me los han devuelto , alquilé un apartamento cerca al centro y me dieron uno 25 minutos más lejos , fatal , wifi no sirvió , el televisor no sirvió , el ascensor tampoco "

"BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!"

"The unit was perfect for us! We chose this unit to be close to family wedding events. It was clean and has great views. The underground parking was a plus, but the vehicle elevator was confusing. The staff at ARCA Mgmt was responsive and worked to resolve small issues. This location is one block from the Tram stop, a short walk to many shops and restaurants but in the Financial District so quiet in the evenings. We would stay here again."
