The apartment is spread over 3 levels.

A rustic KITCHEN equipped with drinking water, a cooking area featuring an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a large solid-wood table. A small guest BATHROOM completes this level.

The first floor is accessed via a stone staircase, where there are two DOUBLE BEDROOMS (one of which has a window overlooking the stairs) with two corresponding BATHROOMS, each featuring a shower.

Another stone staircase leads to the second floor, where the third DOUBLE BEDROOM is located. It features a tall window in the wall—accessible via a wall-mounted ladder—that overlooks the roof. This third bedroom also has its own BATHROOM with a shower.
