The pictures don't lie – it’s a wonderful house with an amazing view and a fantastic outdoor area, perfect for lounging by the pool and enjoying the evenings outside. Communication with the host was excellent; they were super responsive whenever we had questions. For anyone on a cycling holiday: just be aware that the access road is a bit steep and graveled, but still completely fine to bike on.

Fantastic and roomy property with gorgeous views and obviously updated recently with modern conveniences and comfortable beds! We cooked at home two nights and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. One night we had a delightful dinner prepared in home by the host’s recommended cook. I would highly recommend that!! The pool is a short walk from the main house and has amazing views and comfortable chairs. The property was a little more remote than we anticipated but we loved staying in since everything was so gorgeous and were still able to walk to and from lunch one day.

This home is by far the most beautiful place we have ever rented. The house itself is both elegant and cozy, with comfortable beds and a gracefully renovated kitchen. The property is a slice of heaven, with spectacular views and gorgeous seating areas. I still miss the smell of oleander wafting on the breeze. My teen and early 20-something children said they would give the pool 11/10 stars :) It stayed cold and clean despite the serious heat while we were there, and is visited by a flock of beautiful swallows who do a little aerial dance every day. The grocery store in Panzano is a quick and easy drive. We loved dining in Montefioralle right across the valley. We took half-day trips to Castellina and Siena, and still had time to spend the rest of the day cooling off in the pool. Tessa was a responsive host and everything was as expected, but better. We hope very much to return as soon as possible! Bellisima!

Fantastic property. Incredible views! Modern kitchen and bathroom, and the kitchen was very well stocked. No A/C but we knew that… however the host brought us 2 fans as it was very hot when we were there. Great dining and seating area outside. Very private and shaded by a thatched roof. The pool was incredible, just note towels for the pool are not provided, just towels for the bathroom. But great big umbrellas that provided much needed shade (it was 34 when we were there). The internet only worked in the kitchen area if that is important to your stay. We had Simona come in and cook us a meal one night which was a fabulous treat. The area is buggy, so bring your bug spray/repellent. Of course that depends on the time of year you’re there. Would highly recommend staying here!

Family Trip

We had a fabulous time at the property which is stunningly maintained and located in the picturesque Tuscan hills. It’s within a 45min drive of all major tourist towns including Siena, Florence and San Gimignano, and the local town of Greve in Chianti is equally lovely. We couldn’t fault the stay, thank you!

Amazing flat in a gorgeous location. Easy access to nearby towns and wineries. Breathtaking views all around, especially from the pool. The flat, pool area and garden were exceptionally clean and well taken care of, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tuscany Villa - panzano

This villa was perfect for our stay. It is beautiful, super comfortable (we had 9 adults) and private yet only 10 min drive to a grocery store and cute restaurants. And a great location for day trips to Siena and local wineries. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and we loved our in home dinner prepared by Simona. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Wonderful! Our second visit!

Beautiful house, verandah and great swimming pool - large and deep enough for diving if your teenage kids love this as ours do! The Chianti region is beautiful. Trips to Siena and San Gimignano are a must!
