"First we were never given the check in info. We had to call for it. We were told to check in with a 3rd party management company. We were scheduled to check in at 4 pm on December 26 for a 6 night stay for 4 people and our dog. We had reserved a 2 bedroom cabin with a fenced yard. We had a 6 hour ride to the cabin. We called before we left and were told to check in with the mgt. company when we arrived. 4 hours into our ride that called and told us the cabin was no longer available and they...
