"The place was an alright place to stay, especially for the price. The floors are uneven and the dishes available were lacking, there were not enough for us to eat. The couch is needing updated and the beds are not the most comfortable, but not the worst we have ever slept on. There was lots of room for us to spread out, which was nice. We did see a cockroach while we were there, but I believe it is typical in the area."

"The house was exactly as pictured and described plus more. My kids loved the games, hammock, and outdoor space. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable, the neighborhood quiet, and the view beautiful all while being close to Caddo Lake activities. Thank you for a restful and fun place for me and the kids!"

"Property is just as described. The porch over the water is serene. Fish weren't biting, the area is slightly flooded, but a very relaxing getaway. The bed is comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available, just bring your groceries and don't forget the coffee. The town of Jefferson is nearby with nice restaurants and plenty of antique shops."

"A very spacious home with nice high ceilings. The parking was a bit challenging to turn around when other neighbors were parked in same proximity. The lock box on do or was needing batteries so had to use a regular key. All in all it had everything you needed and was very cozy. We enjoyed our two day stay."

The Cabot had everything we needed and the sleepnunber bed was definitely an added plus. Location was very close to local casinos and historic Jefferson,Tx.
