"This is a wonderful place to simply relax. It’s away from all the hustle but close enough to visit if you want to. The sunrise is spectacular with lots of wildlife. The house is fully stocked with anything and everything you could ask for. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is very relaxing. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs too. "My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean. I have a crawling baby on the floor so, I was thankful! Beach access was close, area was quiet. Streets are walkable. Donuts at the local Broadkill store made our stay extra sweet. I will definitely book again. "

"We loved this place! It was a bit but you get a lot … private pool, hot tub and game room were awesome. It is nestled in a quiet pretty development. Teens were entertained by pool table, ping pong and Horseshoe pit outside. There was a fire pit for s’mores. There was enough to do in a short stay. State park, beach, downtown all within minutes of the rental. My only complaints were minor. Sheets and towels (extra tp) aren’t supplied…which was a hassle. Locks were tricky and I wasn’t a fan of...

"Renting vacation properties is always difficult with dogs and Cassie accepted our babies happily. Our goal was to never leave the house/property and we achieved just that! Our only regret was not realizing where the eagles nest was sooner! I didn’t realize the water wouldn’t be swim-able but the dogs loved the gentle waves and we truly had such a nice time even when the weather wasn’t great. Little details like a personalized welcome card gave that luxury feel. "

"The property was the perfect size for our family of three and our dachshund! We appreciated the blackout shades in the guest bedroom to help our infant sleep. This condo is in an ideal location only 15 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bed and couch were super comfortable as well! We hope we can stay there again before we become official residents of Delaware!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. There are beautiful views of the national wildlife refuge, and sunsets over it, from the back deck. Then a one minute walk over to the beach for the sunrises over the bay. The owners were also very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would definately love to rent this home again, when we take another vacation down to Deleware!"
