Great downtown location

Property was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go - riverwalk, breweries, restaurants, shopping. Beautifully decorated, comfortable unit. Had to park our 2nd vehicle (small Class B RV) elsewhere, but we did find a spot a couple of blocks away.

Family Gathering in Greenville

This property was just perfect for our family of five adults, four of whom had never been to Greenville. Being located in the heart of the historic district put us within walking distance of everything including fabulous restaurants, cafes, Reedy Park and walking/biking trails. This beautifully appointed loft was cozy and welcoming for our cool weekend. The stairs are steep, but we were ok with that. The sounds of the street below just added to the atmosphere of living in such a great neighborhood in a city. Loved it!

Great location and central to all Greenville has to offer. Spacious loft. The bar below is very loud, and can be loud until 3 in the morning. Even on a weekday.

Relaxing Comfort

The photo of the Loft tells the story better than I can. From the baby grand piano to the over stuffed chairs and sofa, to the windows overlooking Main St, we could not have picked a better place to spend our 20th wedding anniversary and enjoy the historic downtown area of Greenville. If 5 stars is the best then we give this beautiful loft 6 stars.

For the cleaning fee, over priced. They ask you take out your garbage to the dumpster oitside, strip the bed and take to the downstairs washer. The dryer is taped off with duct tape. and wash your dishes. No dishwasjer. We arrived with the lot blocked off because repayvng. We had to park two blocks away. My spouse has a town ACL and meniscus so we moved the cones to unload our luggage. The owner immediately responded text is that your car at which time we said yes. We were just unpacking our luggage. He said move now! Yes. We moved the comes to get in. But I’m not dragging my luggage two blocks. The owner was incredibly rude it’s a nice place but not luxury. I have photos to show broken lights, nasty vents, etc. And I absolutely will never stay there again because of the owner’s rude condescending tone.

Perfect location!

Communication with owner was pristine. The location of this flat is great. Little noisy with the bar below but to be expected in this great spot. Well appointed, well lit, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed what Greenville had to offer and will definitely be back!

Spring Break Retirement City Shopping

Book this one!!! We came to Greenville to see if we would want to relocate to the city after retirement. It did not disappoint!! This Vrbo helped seal the deal. This place looked just like the photos. Maybe even better! The beautiful property with exposed brick everywhere and a grand piano in the corner of the living room made you feel like you were living large. It was nicely decorated and well stocked for all our needs. Considering it did not have an “actual” kitchen, the hosts made it work! Location, location, location!!! The front door access to Main St. was right in the middle of everything, very convenient and walkable to anything and everything. It is located directly over a popular restaurant and bar and in-between two others. While there was extra noise from being on the Main Street, the ease and convenience was worth it. We ate at maybe 10 different places (all walkable) and none disappointed us. There are a lot of stairs. It has only one car parking spot. The downstairs bedroom has a very firm mattress, flickering bedside lamp lights and the bathroom floor boards need serious repair, but we managed with no problems. We would definitely and happily stay there again.

Perfect Location Downtown

The location downtown is perfect. The unit is clean and mostly well kept. The furniture is nice and in good condition. The unit is located on the second floor so there are a lot of steps to reach the unit. Access is through the back and is not very clean outside the building. We did have some issues contacting the owner including our first night when he gave us the wrong codes and we could not get into the unit for a couple of hours at night. The windows along the front of the unit were not in good repair and could not be opened for fresh air. In general, I would say the unit is not appropriate for children or the elderly.

A great base for Greenville

Can't beat the location for catching the summer evening music and events in NOMA square -- and there was something every day of our stay. Comfortable beds/bedrooms (though some might need ear plugs) and a great look to the common space, but not the most comfortable for hanging out and definitely would not recommend for families with kids under 12. But for two to four adults looking to get out and about in Greenville and have a convenient and spacious place to crash it hits the spot.

Fun weekend in Greenville

This property was SUPER for location - within walking distance to everything we could have wanted- great restaurants, bike shop, coffee place, comedy club! Two couples in town for a performance at the Peace Center. This condo is ON Main Street which is perfect location to park car and walk to the performance and restaurants. We even walked 5 miles on the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

If I could give 10 stars for location I would! Right in the heart of it all and Greenville at Christmas is spectacular. Very unique unit which was exactly as described. Gorgeous with amazing views. Highly recommend!
