The hotel and staff were wonderful. It was a bit further back from the main road which wasn’t bad since it kept it more quiet for guests. They were in the middle of construction so my ratings for property and cleanliness should be taken lightly and not determine any final decisions. The room was great, had a little kitchen area and everything that allowed me to store and heat up food. Would recommend and likely if I go back up in the area, will reserve a room there again.

Covenient to lots of eateries, shopping etc. No room service or cleaning of your rooms, phone did not work. Internet had excellent speed, staff at front desk was very accommodating rooms was very spacious. No cookware even though you had stovetop. Price was very good.

Late checkin was very quiet. The lobby is dirty and the complimentary coffee area has construction dust all over needs to be moved and cleaned up asap. The room was clean bed was comfy just a quick stop to rest.

The hotel looked relatively nice however the floors in the elevator were dirty and the carpeting was dirty as well

They were in the middle of remodeling. Floors need to be cleaner.Not sure if our carpet was vacuumed. Linoleum needed to be washed as well as shower floor. Shower looked new, however, plastic floor tub had already some stains. Elevator floor needs to be swept/vacuumed and scrubbed daily. Big Crumbs in one corner on floor for 4 days!

The place is undergoing renovation. The unit we got-rm411 appeared to be recently renovated, well done it appeared. The shower handle was not installed just falls off when touched, no screw to hold it in place. I went down to the registration, the guy who checked us in was informed of the problem said he'll take care of it. WE returned to the hotel after 10 hours. Still no shower. i bought a locking plier at a nearby Home Depot, we took our showers then. 36 hours after we checked in, the shower handle was properly installed. Thanks so much! The coffee maker- inside the water chamber there were whitish-grayish growth in its walls- we did not use the coffee maker. Mattresses and sheets appeared clean.

There are squeaking noise right on the night stand, the fridge constantly having noise from dumping ice cube in the tray. Ceiling has noise from guest walking upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, this is a bad choice.

The property overall is in a real easy location, easy parking, cleanliness is definitely on point. Overall, my experience with this certain location has been a pleasure. Yes, I will recommend it and also I’m looking forward to being a guest there in the near future again.!!! So just to sum this up This place has a real cool vibe It’s definitely gonna have a major vibe when the construction is over. I’m waiting to see.

Excellent staff but the rooms are average. Rooms smell - we ended up taking air fresheners. Carpets are very dirty and stained. (We realize they are remodeling but the stained carpets are in the areas not being remodeled). In the two weeks we were there we didn't receive any maid services despite having the requested maid service sign on the door.When we finally asked the front desk about this they said we needed to give them a 24 hour notice that we wanted maid services. Shower in the room is nice but the water pressure is very low. Overall not a great stay. While we thought the staff was friendly, we left not looking to stay at this hotel again.

Property furnished a room that was not clean and smelled like smoke. When asked to provide a replacement, they could not because they were full. They would not process a refund on site and said to do so via Expedia. Expedia would not process the refund and said to go to the property. 0 score for customer service.

Great room! Frig, stove, nice shower, recliner, comfortable bed. Loved our stay. One issue, though, the stopper in the sink was broken, so it drained very slowly. Other than this, there were no problems. Enjoyed our brief stay. Would definitely stay again.

Under the bed was super dusty, air filters were dirty, tub didn't drain. I reported these issues at the beginning of my stay and they were never addressed.

Def needs remodeling. The picture shows the front desk looking new and remodeled but on the opposite side of it is an empty room that should be closed off or used. The elevator is dirty and old. Our room was clean but the rest of the hotel did not look good. Didn’t seem like a safe area either.

Cleanliness and room were excellent particularly for the price. There is some renovation going on, but mostly just down in the lobby and doesn't cause problems. I found conditions to be as advertised during my 4 nights and was quite satisfied.

The property was ok but definitely did not match the pictures. Breakfast was not available even though the website said it was. They are doing work in the dining area. My biggest complaint was the property only has one luggage cart. I am disabled and when I asked why only one cart the response was well we used to have more; being disabled one would assume that one trip 4 with luggage the front desk may have offered some assistance but of course why would they? It would have interfered with their phone time.

Everything was great for the price! Only downsides were that there was an unmentioned $150 deposit for damages. When we got to our room, the bed frame was broken so we immediately told the front desk as to not be charged for that damage and they said they would make a note of it so hoping that that was taken care of. Overall, a good experience for our quick trip!
