Cute house with plenty of space! Close drive to downtown and also to Paris Mountain. Communication was great with the rental company. We especially loved the upstairs space for the kids as well as the carport to park our car.

The property was well kept and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking. Owners responded pretty quickly but through text or email not through VRBO. Power strips were provided. Future renters should be aware that the stairs to the loft are extremely steep and steps are high, not the most friendly taking luggage up and down or for seniors. Also both bathrooms are on the main floor which could be a safety issue at night when in the loft. There is a gate at the top. The internet was very spotty so it was difficult to stream shows despite re-booting everything that we could. We had difficulty finding the "switch" for the outside lights at the firepit (which lit but then stopped), only to discover after looking for some time, that it was a remote instead of a switch in an unlikely location. I did suggest to the owners that they put this information in the check-in list and received positive feedback. The lock to enter the house is not straight forward. I have the same kind at my home, otherwise we would not have known how to use it. Directions for this should also be provided. Our group had a lovely time and the house worked well for a group of 6 ladies other than the issues mentioned above.

We had a great bachelorette weekend here! House is super cute, clean, and has plenty of space. We really appreciated the extra folding chairs in the closet since there were 11 of us, and the extra hair tools, and the extra appliances/dishes in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and house has plenty of parking, we fit 4 cars in the driveway with no issue, and it was super easy to get into Downtown Greenville from here.Just as a heads up, the Vrbo listing is incorrect, it sleeps 10 people not 12. There are two couches but they are not pullout or the kind you would want to sleep on. The stairs to the second floor are very steep with no guard on the right side so be careful! Also, the neighbor has a small dog who likes to dig under the fence. He wound up in our backyard a few times and nearly gave the bride a heart attack so beware the dog lol.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Jungalow!

From the moment we walked in, we were drawn in by the charm and details—every inch feels thoughtfully styled. The hosts even had a welcome board with suggested restaurants and places to visit to help make planning simple.Good proximity to downtown—just a short and very reasonable Uber ride, so we could enjoy the city without the hassle of parking. The house has cookware for families looking to make a meal. I also noticed they had furniture and games for kids— we didn’t use them, but it was nice to know the hosts thought of that. Everything was clean, and you can tell the owner really cared about making guests feel at home.Although the house was close to town, I do wish the garage closed and had better outside lighting for security purposes. However, the neighborhood was quiet, so that was a plus. Also, the stairs are fairly steep, so if you’re bringing little ones, you’ll want to be extra careful.We came for a girls’ weekend, and it could not have been a more perfect spot— cozy, stylish, and not far from all the fun!

We had a great time at my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house was decorated so cute and the beds were extremely comfy. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Great Value

The property and property management are excellent. With four bedrooms there is plenty of space for everyone, including large families. Our stay included meetings downtown and at the university. We were convenient to both and also very convenient to nearby amenities.

Cute Jungalow!

We came with another family, 4 kids and 1 infant and it was plenty of room for all. It was such a cute house, decorated really fun! Had board games, books and some toys all located upstairs which was the perfect area for the kids. Was about 10 minutes with traffic lights to downtown Greenville so not a bad drive at all. Would definitely stay here again. Property management company was super quick to respond to me with a question upon arriving.

Friends weekend

We had a wonderful time. The house was wonderful and accommodated the four of us just fine. We had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils to make meals and dine in. Cable and other services worked well. If you want to go into the city, do any hiking or other activities plan to drive or, an Uber worked well and wasn't that expensive for our budget. We found a bit of dust on the fixtures lighting and such, and the kitchen floor could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for showering. Thanks we had a great time.

Great little place!

This little house met our needs perfectly. It has ample sleeping space, but could probably use another bathroom if all the beds are occupied. If you have small children or toddlers, the upstairs needs a safety gate as the stairs are very, very steep and open I would highly recommend this property to anybody who needs a stay in the heart of Greenville. It has easy access in all directions to everywhere we wanted to go!

Baseball tournament

We needed a place to stay for a baseball tournament in Greenville and needed a place with a kitchen and washer/dryer. Three adult and three teens slept here comfortably. It was conveniently located to our fields, food, and other activities.

Great modern place!!

Had a girls weekend and this was such a cute bungalow to stay in. Very close proximity to downtown. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The only thing that could have made this rental more amazing was a better outdoor living space. We will definitely stay here again.
