Immaculate Cottage in the Historic District. Quiet street, large fenced yard.

  • Located in the Historic District of Little Washington, our 1200 sq ft cottage has been fully renovated and is super clean! Granite countertops and beautiful plank flooring are some of the recent high-end upgrades. Central air conditioning and central heat make this a comfortable stay during any season. The Cottage is a casual 10 minute walk to downtown Washington where you can enjoy the beautiful waterfront, the estuarium, restaurants and bars, live music, antique stores and festivals. The new Bug Park playground is one house over and has brand new pickleball courts! A quick 5 minute walk will take you to Haven's Gardens Park on the Pamlico River where the kids can enjoy the larger playground and picnic area. The Cottage is 30 minutes to Greenville NC airport (PGV), Eastern Carolina University and 45 minutes to New Bern and Coastal Carolina Airport (EWN). The Cottage sits on a large, quiet lot with plenty of off-street parking. We are fenced and pet friendly! Pet fee applies.

What a wonderful place! Perfect for our dogs, easy walk to restaurants and waterfront. They even have bikes! Overall our stay was exceptional. We will stay there again and would highly recommend Tilted Cottage to anyone considering a stay in Washington!

Respite

This is a lovely cottage in a quiet setting, but with easy, close access to the small waterfront town. Small town charm with a cozy place to stay was exactly what we needed, and this place delivered! Our hostess was super to work with! Will definitely stay here again when the occasion suits!

The house was great. Very clean and pretty and a huge fenced in back yard for our dog. It was in a lovely neighborhood walkable to the historic downtown. The owner was kind and communicative and very easy to work with.

Family visit

It was a very nice stay with all convenience of being at home. Well stocked. Great cottage, very relaxing. Beds were comfy and the linens were plush. Definitely going to be back

Great house in convenient location

We came for a weekend bike riding event with friends, this house was just as pictured, very comfortable and had everything we needed for enjoying ourselves, nice walk to town and plenty of space. Patty was wonderful to work with and really appreciated her accommodating us for this trip.

Nice shady fenced yard and quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication and very attentive host! GREAT location if you like to walk. I loved walking around the waterfront and downtown, perfect for this. Nice accommodations and attention to detail. Clean and comfortable. Lots of nice details like bikes and grill. Would certainly return!

The cottage is adorable with everything you need. The owner was one of the sweetest people. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
