We were in Greenville to celebrate the marriage of our daughter. The house was in the perfect location, communication was excellent with the property owners, and the listing was accurate to the accommodations. The home was clean, well stock kitchen, plenty of linens, and so comfortable for our family. The front porch is fabulous for coffee and meals. We had a perfect stay.

Very lovely home. All 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. We like to sit as a group and play games after dinner & the living room with comfy seating was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked and very orderly. The extras of coffee, tea and treats were very much appreciated. All of the amenities were of very good quality. Having parking for 5 cars directly behind house was convenient and easy to find. The distance to downtown Greenville was only a mile & easy driving & parking access once there. Thank you!

The house itself was beautiful, clean, and as described. Check in and check out were seamless.The host clearly put a lot of thought and care into every detail: fresh linens, household supplies, games, blankets, coffee, and even phone chargers on hand. Would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely love this charming home in the historic Pettigru district of Greenville. This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first! Every detail is so thoughtfully curated and beautifully designed, making the entire home feel both historic and perfectly updated. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the space is well-appointed throughout with everything you could possibly need. It’s clear a lot of care goes into creating such a warm and inviting stay. We will definitely be back!

Loved loved loved this property! It was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and well- appointed, easy off-street parking, convenient location. We wanted for nothing in this property and appreciated the elevated linens, bedding, furniture, etc. This is NOT an owner that’s just trying to make a buck by providing as little as possible. This is a home I would happily live in, it’s that nice. A real gem!

Family Wedding Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable for all seven of us. The beds are very comfortable.I highly recommend this property, and with the proximity to downtown Greenville, it is a home run!

My stay

I had a great stay, clean, comfortable, easy access appointed perfectly well.The neighborhood was great. It was quiet and safe. Very close to the main stream of town.The only thing I suggest is that blinds be put up on the windows. the curtains are difficult to maneuver for privacy. Especially the kitchen needs privacy as those back homes can see straight into the kitchen area at night in the bathroom connected to the bedroom. The light fixture nearest the shower does a lot of blinking. I don’t think it’s the lightbulb. Otherwise home was perfect. thank you so much for having meTeresa

House was amazing, so beautiful and comfortable. The location is perfect, it has lots of easy parking, bathrooms were great, kitchen was perfect and stocked with everything we needed, comfortable living room and porch. Couldn’t have been better. It was my husband and I, our two kids, sister and brother in law, and mom/grandma. Everyone was comfortable!

Historic Gem

I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years. This property was probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The chandeliers even sparkled.All bedrooms provided sufficient room to unpack and relax. Both baths were update/remodeled with walk in showers. Plenty of bath towels were provided as well as supplies (TP, paper towels, garbage bags). The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dinnerware, pots and pans. Additionally, condiments were available (lots of coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, etc...) The outside porch was the finishing touch. We enjoyed our morning coffee there, our family Easter dinner, just lovely. Plenty of parking around back made it convenient for our 3 vehicles. The neighborhood is super quite, most homes were business (law & wealth management), so after 5, and the weekend, very little movement/activity. Walking distance to downtown Greenville about one mile, flat terrain, and super interesting to view the other historic homes.Communication via text was very easy, and in fact I was provided with check in instructions and address way in advance, allowing me time to share with my family.My family and I hope to return next year. Pettigru House is Perfect in Every Way!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The Pettigru House had everything that we needed for our weekend visit to attend a family wedding. Gorgeous home with wonderful beds and showers. My family of adult children appreciate a good cup of coffee... or two.. and the coffee bar was on-point! My daughter and I appreciated the desk in the primary bedroom and the little stools and mirror in one of the other bedrooms. Those touches created a relaxing space for getting ready. You really thought of everything! Thanks for a wonderful weekend in Greenville!
