Thank you for your feedback Julio. Unfortunately, your reservation was ran as a no-show due and you did not stay with us. To avoid being charged for reservations when you do not stay, we do advise paying extra close attention to the cancellation policy. The reservation that you booked was un-cancellable, therefore resulting in you still being charged for the night.

Everything was really nice. We was supposed to clock in at 3pm and ended up getting our room at 1pm the moment we stepped in the building.broom was very clean. Only issue was the jacuzzi didn’t have soap. I would recommend getting a noun nkw bath bottle of soap mounted on the wall for the jacuzzi.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory; however, there were some issues that left me slightly frustrated. Despite prepaying through a third-party booking partner affiliated with the hotel, I was surprised upon check-in to be asked for my card for a $50 incidental charge, only to discover later that nearly $500 had been charged to my account for the stay, yet again. Additionally, an unexplained $100 charge appeared later on. Despite attempting to reach the front desk twice by phone, no one answered. Subsequently, when I went down in person, I waited for 5-10 minutes without any staff assistance or callbacks. After about an hour, I called again and spoke to G, who was exceptionally helpful and understanding. He promptly investigated the issue and provided an explanation within 15 minutes, attributing the error to the individual who checked me in. What's frustrating is the lack of direct communication from the staff member who made the mistake; instead, she promised her manager would contact me, which never happened. Mistakes can happen, but a $600 discrepancy without clarification is concerning. However, G's exceptional service and dedication to resolving the issue are commendable. If I were to return to this location, it would be solely due to the outstanding service provided by individuals like G.

WARNING!! BREAK IN ATTEMPT!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. At 7am my wife woke up to a key card opening our room door. The perpetrator had a key card that accessed our room and began banging the door in continuously even after noticing the door’s safety latch was on. When I yelled out and made way to the door the perp took off running down the stairs. My wife and I immediately went down to the front desk ( in our pajamas) to speak to the front desk clerk Shay. We asked her what time does house keeping come in? She replied: “8-9am”. My wife explained that “someone attempted to break into our room- can we speak to a supervisor to access the cameras” their reply: “ we don’t have access, the person in charge of camera isn’t in today and is off tomorrow”. When asked to speak to the general manager- “ the manager isn’t here right now but l will reach out to her”. The entire time we addressed our concern both front desk clerks ( Shay and Sidney ) showed no sense of urgency or bother to what just happened. It’s as if this situation was a normal occurrence. No accommodations were offered. They didn’t even offer a room change.When asked about a refund - Shay responded “ We don’t do refunds. My wife asked for the general manager’s contact Info. My wife and I went back upstairs to find the stair case door opened again. We entered our room, grabbed all our belongings and headed back to the front desk to leave. WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE.

Very clean and I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named, G. Breakfast offered a fine selection, but maybe invest in better equipment for keeping hot foods hot. I had to reheat my eggs in the microwave. Maybe an “adult” choice of cereal would be nice too. :)

Stayed here a few times. Front desk is friendly and helpful. The room could be slightly cleaner (I saw two ants) and the beds a bit softer, but overall a consistently good experience.

The staff was amazingly accommodating and pleasant. Even when there were issues with the system they were able to figure out a workaround and were very professional. The only thing that was lacking a bit was the pool looked like it could have used a bit more chlorine, the water wasn't as clear as many that I have been in, but my kids still had fun. I'd definitely go again!
