"The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. Location is close to the road so road noise at night is fairly loud but not unbearable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible. "the house is very nice in general and in a great central Kokomo location. However the kitchen was not well outfitted for cooking "in" - minimal cooking pots/utensils, no baking equipment, etc. and we never found a sheet for the master bedroom in spite of searching closets per hosts instructions."
