Great central location!! It’s updated and modern. The room was super clean. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly. Quiet, good amenities. Loved the little gym. I get to have breakfast, but it looked like a great spread!!!

Nice property, but there needs to be a sign at the intersection where to turn to get to the property. I passed up the road the first time. It isn’t obvious so a sign would help.

Good price, nice and clean room decor, welcome gift was nice and unexpected. Did have to wait about 5 minutes for a desk clerk to come out of the office and check me in. No other guests were waiting, just me. But they were friendly.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, Danielle was very informative, happy, polite and accommodating. Breakfast was well served, clean and convenient. We definitely will come back again.

Property was quiet, however in-room amenities were run down. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Finding the entrance to the hotel is more difficult than it should be. There should be more signs after exiting the highway. The front desk gentleman was not friendly but the woman checking us out was pleasant. The pool looked nice. The breakfast was plentiful. The cinnamon rolls were restocked. The pancake maker should be replaced with a waffle maker. It is hit or miss if the pancake machine works properly. We watched several times where an employee had to assist. There are many restaurants nearby. It was a safe hotel.

Hotel was great staff excellent. The Christmas town experience was a bust. We read the town was a top Halmark Christmas destination its not even close.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Super friendly check in staff and they gave us little snack bags. I have never had a hotel do that , it was a special little extra touch. The hallways smelled good ( I feel like a lot of hotels have a musty smell in the hallways), the room was super clean and the bed, pillows and comforter were awesome!
