"Plenty of street parking. A few maintenance fixes needed, but otherwise a nice place to stay for a short weekend trip!"

"Had a great stay. Host was very accommodating and very responsive. We are very happy. Price was great."

"Clean (spotless) inside the home. The exterior however was overgrown grass and weeds. No way to sit outside to even enjoy a cup of coffee. And speaking of coffee I was assured that a coffee maker and filters would be supplied. There was ONE filter. There are other points about the exterior that I could go into more detail including the difficult parking and gaining entry. "Very clean and spacious. Steep stairs go up to the primary bedroom. Both beds were very comfortable. Parking is on one side of the street and pretty full but doable. Nice pressure in the shower!"

"Everything you need for a stay away from home that feels like a cozy ."

"I lived this place. It had everything you need and it was immaculate when we arrived. Great parking & all the kitchen needs. I loved the two bathrooms they were a hit! Calling the line for any help is fast and easy. They are very attentive to your needs. I will return."

"Great property. Great service. Highly recommend!"

"Really nice place, the front porch is exceptional!"

"I stayed at the property with two teenage sons and wife while we went to visit colleges on a long weekend. The property was perfect for our family of four due to the price and location. We drove most places, but you could walk to some of the popular places. I would recommend that families with younger kids look for alternatives. There was a lot of noise due to the people going to the bars on Carson Street. I would definitely return with a group of friends or other adults. Chad was responsive to...
