Please do not park in front of the neighboring homes, as those vehicles may be towed. Additionally, do not park directly in front of the driveway at any time.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Outdoor Amenities
No use of the hot tub, pool, or fire pit after 9 PM.
When using the hot tub, please keep kids feet clean

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee ($150) has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

Outdoor Cushions
Please help us to keep the cushions in good shape for the next guests. The cushions should be in the garage upon your arrival or they were kept outside to dry. Please put the cushions in the garage when you are not using them so they don’t get rained on. If we have a cover, please use the cover. If they are wet they should remain outside to dry. Thank you for your help here!

Trash
Please use only the city trash cans located on the garage side of the house. Do not use any bins near the neighbors.

Service Days
Landscaping is scheduled for Tuesday, and hot tub cleaning is scheduled for Thursday. These service days may vary.

Ceiling Fans
Please use the remote to operate the ceiling fans. The fans can be used without turning on the light and include multiple settings.

Master Bedroom Tub
The jacuzzi feature in the master bedroom tub is not functional.

Fireplace
The indoor fireplace is decorative only and may not be used at any time.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
