Wonderful home away from home for our family. Communication with Zachary was easy and fast. The home has extremely comfortable furniture, especially the sofas. All of the beds, pillows and linens were clean, cozy and comfy. The back yard is fantastic! We really enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub, as well as the screen porch. Our dog absolutely loved the fenced in grassy yard. Great neighborhood. Would absolutely stay at this home again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at your home. It was clean, and Beds were comfortable, pool was fantastic and the neighborhood was quiet. However, there are some things you need to be aware. Our first night sleeping in the master bedroom, the sheets had a strong bleached and soured smell. The next morning we had to strip the bed and wash all the linens again.Also, there is definitely something going on with the hot water. We had to take many cold showers with sporadic hot water. Plus, we never could get the water hot in the kitchen.Some other issues you of which you need to be made aware: rotten board on upper deck that could be a hazard, broken post cap at bottem of outdoor stairs, pool toys in box are mildewed, hammocks are mildewed/dirty, toilet paper holder in half bath is barely hanging on, ice maker is making a horrible noise, walkway leading to front door needs attention, fan light in master randomly flashed, and no stopper in bath tub.I never like leaving less than stellar reviews, but our stay did not meet our expectations for the cost.

Weekend getaway

Clean, safe, older, single-family home in family-friendly neighborhood close to downtown Greensboro as well as High Point. Excellent communication from owner. Hassle-free check in/out. Recommend for single families (we were a party of five) as kitchen supplies and the single medium-sized common area with tv would pinch larger groups. The backyard hosts plenty of green space if you bring a dog, and the pool was refreshing as was the 4-person hot tub. Screened porch was lovely for morning coffee. Beds and their linens were comfy. Towels (bath and pool) and pool toys need updating. 8/10

Good neighborhood Cozy house

Overall not bad place to stay but needs some upgrades in my opinion for the price that is charged. Some stuff needed fixing and needs more tvs. Pool was nice but very slippery and caused some trouble for some of us. Owner was very responsive and helpful for the most part.

Had a great time

The house was super clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. backyard was gorgeous! The heated pool and hot tub was amazing. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Perfect Adult Women's Soccer Team Retreat

My teammates and I stayed here for an adult soccer tournament. This home was the perfect relaxing spot after playing 2 soccer games a day in the heat. The house was beautiful, accommodated 10 female soccer players easily (including all the laundry and shower needs that come with that!), and was a great place to just hang out and recover with close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. Zach was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process.

We were in town for furniture market and it was a great relaxing place to come home to. Very nice quiet neighborhood close to a ton of restaurants and a large grocery store. Easy check in and comfy beds. Best screened porch!

Wonderful vacation home!

My family had an amazing time staying at this property! The house was clean and had all the basic amenities needed. The pool and porch area are wonderful for relaxing. Beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner was very responsive and kind. Highly recommended!

Hometown Oasis

I strongly en outage staying in this beautiful home. Zachary was communicative and present from the time of my booking to my departure. The home itself is centrally located, just a 30 min drive from the airport and all of 8mins from the neighborhoods outdoor mall. The property is safe, new, well stocked and the perfect place to retreat to. My family and I made beautiful memories that will always be connected to this lovely home and our gracious host. Junior Olympics

Our family had a fantastic time at the house. It was all and more that was stated. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. It was a great haven to relax at between the events that our grandsons participated in(2 golds and a silver yeah for them) the property manager and owner were extremely helpful and responsive from the start of the process. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any house we have ever rented(we have been VRBO customers for years). The washer/dryer and half bath downstairs were a huge plus when using the pool. Everyone enjoyed the pool from relaxing to having basketball competition to a makeshift volleyball game and the kids having races to pick up toys off the bottom. As a family we truly made lasting memories and if the grandsons qualify in 2 years we will hopefully be able to rent this home again! A perfect location!
