The home is spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We had an issue with the wi-fi working on the first night and the owners were helpful in getting it resolved. Overall, everything is great, though there are a few items that need some TLC - light bulbs out and some loose cabinet hardware - but nothing that isn't an easy fix and when we communicated those items with the owner they responded positively to the information and stated they would address the suggestions. The location is great and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for graduation with extended family

We were in town for graduation weekend with extended family. We also rented the guest house in the back. The house is stunning and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Minor issues were quickly addressed by the host. I would highly recommend it.

Great house, awesome location

Family of 4 returning to hometown of Greensboro to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends who live in Irving Park. Second year on a row at this wonderful house. The owners have upgraded the home by creating a new den/family room that offers additional seating and a comfortable place to hang out. The 4 bedrooms are accommodating and comfortable. The space is well suited for a family of 4. Opportunities for improvement include providing dishtowels, bath mats and ancillary serving trays for serving appetizers. The landscaping crew operates Mondays to Weds; the crew arrived on the Wed before Thanksgiving, creating a ton of noise with the leave blower and temporary making the back porch impassable at an inconvenient time. All in all, we love the house and plan on returning.

Amazing experience

Truly a great vacation experience. While most home rentals have a checklist of things to do before you check out, this one did not. It was so nice to just be able to pack and go. The cleanliness, comfort, and little extras were also great!
