Was in town for gymnastics competition in Greensboro. Street is a little busy but not too noisy. Walmart and other convenience stores nearby along with good restaurants for dining. Would def stay at this house again.

Don’t stay here!!!! Main road

The property is on a main road which is not evident in pictures. Sinks are broken, etc. There is no grass so red clay is all over and the rain causes it to stain. The owners scheduled a cable appointment last minute so I had 2 hours of a stranger in the house. They tried to charge me an extra night as I had to leave some of the tables and chairs from a party on the side of the house for pick up. They constantly sent me emails asking me questions during my stay. Not worth it!

Horrible Communication

I will start my review off with the good. The house was walking distance to restaurants and quiet despite being on a busy road. The fenced in back yard was nice, especially for my dog. I am giving one star because of how they handled issues that we encountered while staying there. We had a few things come up and every time I reached out (via text) to the information number I was told "Thank you for your patience" without any real action. I was promised a phone call to discuss these issues for a week straight (via text) without any follow up. I left messages with no return phone calls. The issues- the listing has this property listed as having an EV charger. We choose this property because of this amenity. There is NO EV charger and when I asked where it was I was told they would "check with the on-site team". There was no follow up. On the day of arrival we were told the dishwasher was not working. They offered a sorry, but no compensation or even paper plates for us to use. Also, when we arrived there was standing water in the refrigerator drawer. We couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from so we cleaned this up. Later, all of the food we placed in the refrigerator was water logged and had to be thrown away. This listing seems like it is run by a local person "Benjamin" but it is definitely a property management company Elmay Properties that was evasive and non-communicative during our stay.

Furniture shopping trip

Would definitely stay again. I can only think of one negative & it’s almost too silly to mention / there were clocks in every room, but no batteries. I bet people walk off with them all the time & I could have purchased one. The owners were quite generous with a coffee bar, soaps for dishwasher, washer, bathroom, etc.

If you are dropping kids at High Point, this is the place

Great location near HPU. The house is nice and works for a couple days in town. Close to restaurants, stores and storage units if you are moving your kids into the dorms or off campus housing. Would stay again.

Stunning and Wonderful Experience

The place was beautiful. It was roomy, comfortable, and inviting! The host was very friendly, polite, and responsive. This was the perfect place to bring in my daughter’s 7th birthday with friends and family! The host had cooking utensils, snacks and activities such as games. However some of the game pieces were missing but that didn’t matter to my family and friends. Overall we all were in love with the place. And give this place a 15/10 :)!!!

High Point gem

We loved this place. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Fully fenced back yard for your pet. Quiet- even though it is on a busy street. There was a lighter but no firewood and when I asked where to pick up some nearby before we got to the house there was no real answer. If you want to enjoy the fire pit bring your own wood or Walmart 10 min away. Beds are very comfortable and extra blankets too!

Cute house

Our host had great communication. He knew that we were going to be coming in late, and he had ambient lights turned on throughout the whole house. It was very welcoming. The house is very cute. The beds are very comfortable, the water pressure is awesome, we all had plenty of room. We would stay here again.

We had to buy bath towels!

The house is nice. the beds are comfortable. There were a few broken items like the fan light in the small twin room, and missing items from the house. We had shampoo but no conditioner or soap for the showers. We only had 2 bath towel, 3 wash cloths and 7 hand towel in the house. This house says it sleeps 8-10. We had for 4 people. I told the manager about all the missing items and the need for towels but he did nothing about it. We went to walmart and bought 4 towel and 4 washcloths body wash and conditioner. The manager apologized for the omission and for not addressing our request. All of our group were in High Point to attend the Vacation Rental Summit. We were not alone in having issues with STR units in High Point. Apparently, not caring about the guest experience is normal in High Point. Cassandra -- owner of 3 STRs

Family stay for HPU grad

The good: Property is clean and located close to HPU. Overall, it was comfortable. Beds are comfortable. The not so good: Communication was subpar. Very little about check in and nothing about check out. Towels were so small and when we contacted host to get more we never received a response. There were ants on the kitchen. There were very few cleaning supplies for simple clean ups. There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels for a few days. Overall, totally fine. Just missing the details or responsiveness to make it outstanding.

Spacious and comfortable home with additional amenities

This home is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Each room is thoughtfully arranged and you feel pampered. The beds are all very comfortable and cozy. Convenient upstairs washer and dryer and everything on site you would need. I was treated to coffee pods and additional spices and amenities in the kitchen. We appreciated the outside living space in the backyard also. Great stay.

Great home close to HPU!

Home is beautifully decorated with open space floor plan for family to gather together. Host has lots of games and promotes being with each other having fun! All bedrooms are upstairs with full bath for 3 bedrooms to share and master with its own. Downstairs’ half bath is plenty big enough for someone to get ready there too; if filling all bedrooms. We were a family of 8 and did NOT trip over each other. Wonderful outdoor space with Adirondack chairs, fire pit and patio with table and chairs. We used all spaces! It is off a fairly busy street but could not hear any traffic inside and we’re able to get in and out of drive with no problem. Garage can fit a car and 2/3 in driveway. More street parking just a block away. Safe and comfortable…would definitely stay again!
