Kathy was very professional and informative. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. The rental suited our needs perfect. We were visiting our grandkids and my daughter and son in law. The big back yard was awesome!

Weekend visit at HPU

Nice stay for our weekend visit at HPU. Home was great and exactly what we were looking for and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Host made sure to check in on us after we checked in. Will stay here again. Thanks!

Great House and Neighborhood

We stayed here in December 2023, and again in December 2024. The house is exactly as advertised. It is very comfortable, quiet, clean, and well equipped for short and long stays. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet as well.

Perfect rental!

Everything about this adorable home was wonderful! The host was welcoming and answered any questions I had. The attention to detail ensuring a comfortable stay did not go unnoticed. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area!

Close enough to High Point to get back and forth all weekend. Great house! We were able to spend time in the backyard with ample seating. Will definitely book again!

Junior Olympics Stay

The stay at this home was fantastic. Probably one of the best homes away from home experience. The check in was smooth. The home was clean. Beth, my host was amazing and communicated so effectively from before we arrived until the moment we pulled out of the driveway.

Just like home

This was the perfect place for us to stay. We have a large family (6) that traveled to visit one our children in college. To able to cook dinner together, play games and visit as a family was exactly what we all needed. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and everyone slept comfortably.

Beautiful home will amenities. I have stayed at other homes and this provides everything from detergents, to shampoo, hair drier, fully stocked coffee bar. I cannot rave enough, I would definitely stay again.

HPU Visit

After this house worked out so well during a prior visit, this was our second stay at the house. House is exactly what we needed, and very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Host is always great with communications, very responsive and checking in and making sure that everything is going well. Thanks again!

High point escape

Home was clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. Nice pet friendly home with lots of quiet walking streets to take the dog out. Was centrally located. Would recommend.

High Point Holiday

We visited family in HP for the holiday. The rental was very clean, had everything we needed, very spacious and comfortable. The primary bedroom bed was sooooo comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and great for taking our dog on short walks. Will rent again!

Like staying at a friend's home!

This house is terrific. Great décor, wonderfully outfitted with everything anyone would want in a kitchen - thank you for remembering those of us who drink tea! The extra touches of make up wipes, hairdryers and plenty of towels are much appreciated. The beds and linens were very comfortable. So convenient to the HPU campus and in such a quiet neighborhood! I would highly recommend this location!

Beautiful & Clean!

Beth was amazing to work with! Excellent communication leading up to our stay and during our stay. Check in and out was seamless. The home is beautiful and very clean! We had everything we needed and more! We loved the area and enjoyed some of the local restaurants and attractions. Definitely a place we would love to come back to in the future and we would definitely choose this home to stay in again. It’s one of the nicest VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. Thank you so much for your hospitality Beth!

Quiet location

We recently stayed at a VRBO rental for a lacrosse tournament, and it exceeded all our expectations. The amenities were fantastic, providing everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. The linens were perfect, and the added touch of having a martini wine bar was a delightful surprise. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

"Ideal Family-Friendly Accommodation – Highly Recommend!

This was such a great place to stay. The booking looked exactly like the pictures! We had everything we needed and some. The check-in process was so easy and Beth was such a great communicator. They were so responsive! We had my wife and me, my 2 kids, and my father-in-law. We each had a place to lay our heads and it provided plenty of space for the kids to play. If/when we come back to this area, we'd love the opportunity to stay here again. 5 stars!

Cozy Abode in Peaceful Neighborhood

What a treat it was to find this property! From booking through departure communication was phenomenal and very timely. The home was impeccable, with tasteful modern updates. I was very (pleasantly) surprised at how spacious the home was. Plenty of space to spread out with the family and it was easy to spend time together, or step away for some quiet time.The neighborhood was great to walk the pups and stroll. There were very few cars out and about. And, we were situated in an area that made it easy to get wherever we wanted to go!I have saved this property for another visit! We will definitely use this one again.

Like Staying with a Friend

The house was clean, kitchen was fully equipped, and dinner/silverware sets were very nice combined. Many welcoming and thoughtful details felt like I was staying at a friend's home in their absence. The bottle of wine, the full coffee station with assorted coffee flavors for the Keurig, and regular coffee too , small bottles of water, the vertical fan in the bedroom, the extra blankets , extra pillows, and extra towels, The nice shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and black make up towels items the basic condiments and spices in the kitchen. The soy candle, The welcome binder with helpful information for the house. None of these extra care touches were unnoticed and made me feel special and I can see how much you care for your guests. Thank You!
