Came down for 3 days during the masters week. Location was great. Jordan was very easy to deal with. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate!Only minor Issue & it’s my fault for not reading past the code & address. No shampoo or soaps on property. For that kind of money, that should be a given. Again 100% my fault for not reading the final email.

House was large enough for 4 different family groups could have there space. Furniture was in fair to good shape. Location and property was great.

The location is excellent. Kitchen set up easily handles cooking for a crowd. The game room was perfect for kids and adults alike. Fixtures and furniture need updating and linens and mattresses need upgrades. .

Awesome house! Enjoyed the deck overlooking lake. Plenty of space for all 14 of us for annual Father/Son UGA game weekend. The only negative was spotty internet which caused the tv streaming signal to buffer…so was frustrating to watch live football on tv. Other than that great central location for golf, and fun on the lake when time and season allows. Will definitely rent it again!

Plenty of room for family and friends in this beautifully appointed lake house! Perfect location on the point! We had so much fun visiting, kayaking and bike riding! Highly recommend!

Three Moms, Three daughters. Loved the house, loved the views. Loved the boating. The sheets were not clean in two rooms. We had to wash them and remake the beds before we could sleep on them. Other than that, the house was great. A few things broken before we arrived like a TP holder and a cabinet door....but overall the house is very nice.

Great stay last weekend with a group of friends for my husband's birthday. Communication was excellent before and after our stay. Home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous views and perfect location (6 minutes from Publix and 10 minutes from Ritz)! We will be back!!!

Beautiful home and lake views. We had 4 generations of family come together for several days. The home is well maintained and had room enough for everyone. There were areas to gather and rooms to get away to relax. The back patio was wonderful for dining outside and enjoying the lake view. Host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. This is easily one of the best places my family and i have stayed. There was more than enough space for everyone to be confortable. We had everything we needed from a cooking standpoint and the amenities were well enjoyed by everyone. We are already planning our next stay at this priperty and plan to make it a tradition. Jordan was very timely and professional to the point that he was sending information and answering my questions before i even asked them. I literally have no complaints and applaud them on the great property they've created.

We were celebrating Christmas with our adult kids, and a new grandchild. We were so grateful that there were Christmas decorations up around the house, including a small tree. The living room was the perfect size for the 8 of us to hang out together in front of a nice fire. The rooms were all nice size, with comfortable beds. As they say in the listing, they only supply 1 roll of TP per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels, and there was hand soap at sinks. You will need to bring all other bath items; soap, shampoo etc. We did know this ahead and were prepared, but was unusual in our experience renting homes, to not have sample sized items available. Our overall experience was great and we would definitely stay at this property again.

Decided to have the family Thanksgiving dinner at the house because we couldn’t make the trip we had planned. The house was amazing and we really enjoyed the whole experience. We thinking about coming back in the summer so we can enjoy the lake. Thanks.
