Perfect Location

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay in Greenport! This property was the perfect location for us. We loved being walking distance to town. John even had a binder with various helpful recommendations! He was also very responsive when we had a couple of questions. The makeup remover wipes in the bathroom were also a very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Greenport Weekend Reboot Memorial Day Weekend 2025

This is an amazing property!! Spotless, comfortable and very quiet considering its only a four minute walk to downtown Greenport. The bedding was comfortable beyond description. The kitchen is well appointed. The location is in a safe , quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our early morning runs & walks along the harbor were great! John has put a lot of love into this home and it shows! We have stayed up and down the North Fork from Bating Hollow to Orient Point going on fifteen years . This apartment/home is in the top two of all these previous stays. We will be back. Thanks John for providing us an oppurtunity to stay at your home. Tom & Joann

We will be back!

John’s apartment is lovely. It has the charm of a historical home (hello wide pine floors!) with the comfort and ease of more modern touches where necessary, like the bathroom and kitchen. Super clean and organized. We chose to eat out for every meal as we were only there for the weekend and there are so many great local spots, but the kitchen was large and equipped for whatever you’d like to cook. The location is GREAT. We walked to all of our favorite spots. Check-in and check-out took no time at all. We didn’t have a single issue but it was reassuring to know John was available at the drop of a hat. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect getaway

We loved this quiet and cozy apartment! It was very clean, updated, and easy to access. John was in communication and even provided dining recommendations. We walked into Greenport center every day and it was the perfect location. We hope to be back again!

This is absolutely our favorite home in Greenport - spotlessly clean, lovely renovation, and such an easy walk right into town, just a block or two from everything! Terrific host makes everything easy. Will continue to stay here - a gem!

This property was absolutely perfect! So much care has gone into this place, it was a perfect home base to stay at while I attended a friends wedding weekend. Everything was super walkable. Greenport is LI Best Kept secret!!!!

Simply Wonderful!

We were in town for a long weekend and loved our stay in Greenport! The property is clean and in a great location near the water as well as downtown. We loved walking into town and enjoyed several delicious meals - highly recommend Bruce & Son for breakfast as well as Tikal. John is a wonderful host - quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Another great weekend trip in Greenport

I've been coming to Greenport yearly for the past 4 years, this is my 2nd time staying here. Such a great location as it is so easy to walk into town, no need to drive. Can walk to grocery, restaurants, ferry to shelter island, etc. Nice to be able to go back to the room so easily, between whatever you are doing. We always find something to do, even just walking around town is a fun time. I recommend planning a trip to Orient point state park during your stay (we go after we check out on the way home), great place to hike, enjoy nature, etc. Pack a lunch too! Especially early in the season its very empty and relaxing; dress for wind though.

Fantastic Greenport apartment

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and updated- perfect for a couple. The street was quiet and seemed safe with plenty of on street parking. The location can't be beat walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The chickens were pretty cute too! John and his wife were so nice and very communicative before our trip so we knew exactly what to expect and how to access the apartment.

Wonderful Stay!

This is a hidden gem! Beautiful, clean apartment so close to town and all that Greenport has to offer! We met the owner John, so nice and friendly, gave great recommendations for restaurants too. Would definitely stay here again!
