"Staff were lovely, cottage was lovely. Restaurants and bars all top notch. What was not made clear when booking the rooms was 2 significant issues. Firstly although says bed and breakfast, the breakfast was £25 voucher to cook your own. That was not made clear on hotels.com App. Second issue that ..."

"To start with ... the positives .... the car park is large; the staff were smiling, helpful and courteous; the breakfast was very tasty and portions generous; the room was bright, large enough and clean. The location is very central and very convenient for the book festival, shops, the abbey etc. ..."
