  • Welcome to our beautiful lakefront cottage on Chautauqua Lake! Nestled in a tranquil setting, this stunning home offers a serene getaway. What sets us apart is that we are also pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the fun!

    Our cottage is ideally located near numerous local attractions and is within walking distance to Ellery Park. The park boasts a range of amenities including a walking trail, basketball court, tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields, and a playground for the little ones. We've even added a pickleball court to the mix!
    With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, our property comfortably accommodates 7 guests, providing ample space both indoors and outdoors. The primary bedroom is expansive to host a queen bed & twin bed. The interior is tastefully decorated with a cozy cottage feel, while the modern, fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room offer all the conveniences you need. Stay connected with our smart TV, Wi-Fi, and cable.

    During those glorious summer days, indulge in lakeside bliss or enjoy a spot of fishing off the dock, which can accommodate a boat up to 24'. Take in the breathtaking views while grilling on the back patio, and when night falls, gather around the firepit for delightful s'mores.

    For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with central A/C upstairs, ensuring a cool and pleasant atmosphere on warm summer nights. The driveway has space for up to 4 vehicles, and we also provide a pack 'n play for the little ones.

    We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we happily welcome them to our cottage. Bring your beloved companions along, and they too can enjoy a memorable vacation. Pet fee will be applied.

Family get together at last

This was a great location to reunite our family. Spent lots of time chatting by the lake and playing games. Only comment is to increase the availability of space in the bedrooms to unpack.

Fantastic property!!

The cottage was well stock with everything you could possibly need! We were able to bring our power boat and tie it up to the dock. We enjoyed the fire pit at night! Overall, it is a fantastic property!!

Great Place

My family really enjoyed this house! We come back to the area every year to visit family and this is the best place we have stayed. It had everything we needed, was clean, and completely relaxing. We also were able to bring our dog which was a major bonus because a lot of places don’t allow that. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The owners/property managers were also great and answered any questions we had very quickly. We hope to be able to book this home for every stay!

Beautiful condo with a great patio view of the ocean. Very clean, plenty of parking. Quick drive to historic St Augustine, Anastasia SP, lighthouse. If you plan on fixing and serving meals bring everything you need, no mixing or serving bowls. No containers, ziplock bags, tinfoil or saran wrap. Coffee maker works well. Loved the shower, great water pressure and hot water. Bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner as none of these are provided. There are little hotel soaps, but they do not lather. Great place to use as a home base to enjoy the beach and St Augustine. Beach chairs with attached umbrellas were provided and appreciated. Bring your own beach towels.

Second year renting

My family and I love this property! This year was our second year renting the house, and we are in love with the fully stocked kitchen, spacious backyard, and the recently renovated first floor bath. From the house you can walk to the playground and Steener's Pub, and it's a short drive to Jamestown and Bemus. Definitely don't miss this place!

Perfect weekend getaway

We loved this cottage so much. It’s even more beautiful in person and we felt right at home immediately. I’ve never seen a more well stocked kitchen - it had everything we needed! The location is wonderful - quiet and secluded with a great view and also close to everything. Thank you!

Property exceeded expectations!

We had a wonderful week vacation at this lakefront property. The house was just lovely. There was ample space to sleep, dine and relax. The outside furniture was very comfortable, and again plenty of chairs for everyone. Kitchen appliances all seemed to be new and the grill outside also newer. I gave four stars for the location only because of the amount of algae at that end of the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and tore up one propeller when we suddenly found ourselves in water one foot deep! Water was definitely not good for swimming. However we kayaked every day and loved it. The home owners greeted us when we arrived snd gave us a tour of the house and it’s history. . They had prepared & left a booklet with all kinds of information about the area, things to do & places to eat. I would certainly recommend this property.

Beautiful cottage on Chautauqua Lake!

This was a wonderful cottage to stay with my family the week before my wedding! I enjoyed getting ready for the big day with my bridesmaids here too! I would love to come back!

Perfect location beach cottage

We can't wait to book again. The owner provides everything you could possibly need, (even smores). A stylish cottage on Lake Chatauqua. The outdoor area seems all new, a real nice outdoor table and the most comfortable chairs, a new grill and even a firepit. Perfect location to Bemus Point, Jamestown and Lakewood. They even allow dogs. The area has a number of dog friendly restaurants.

Fall getaway

This cottage had everything and more. We loved having a mini getaway. The house was clean and very comfortable with modern updates. Only complaints would be that the mattresses seem very old and we did not have the best nights sleep. Very springy. We lucked out with most of the neighbors not being home, but the house is very close to other houses. Not great if you’re looking for privacy. We explored the towns and rented a boat. Fun activities in the neighborhood. The town seems to be conservative and had lots of Trump signs which was discouraging. But overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Family getaway

The property itself is very charming! The owners did a great job of restoring the cottage from brand new appliances, complete remodel of the downstairs bathroom, and a great stamped patio in the backyard with a beautiful view! We were highly disappointed with the access to the water. We brought along our dogs with the intent of them swimming in the lake and was told that the yard slopes down into the water. Um not so much! The access to the water is a slope of rocks and was not very safe for us let alone our dogs. Our kids couldn't even jump off the deck due to the depth of the water which was at most 4ft at the end of the dock and full of seaweed! We also were not informed of the green algae in the lake, which can kill dogs, ( we were told when we called and inquired about our dogs swimming at the beach). All in all, this place is great for relaxing.

Beautiful Cozy Charming Lakeside Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy and beautiful lakeside home! Quite neighborhood in a great location. The view of the lake was awesome! The only thing that could make it better would be some kayaks to use so we could have some fun on the water! The wildlife kept us all entertained! Would definitely recommend this home and would stay again.

Weekend getaway

This place is beautiful inside and out. Almost the entire house was updated and the backyard was gorgeous facing the calm lake. Perfect for fires or hanging out on the dock. Very relaxing and would highly recommend.

Delightful House

This is a great house. The owners have done a wonderful job of restoring it, and it is attractively decorated. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining area is comfortable as well. The patio is large and has a gas grill, and there is a fire pit near the water. Unfortunately, the lake itself was murky with green floating particles throughout. We were not comfortable with the water quality, and felt it best not to swim in it as we were planning.

Long Weekend Getaway

My family and I had a great time. The cottage was perfect for us. It’s everything described. Nice location, peaceful, friendly neighbors, and so nice to have a place to bring our dogs. The dock was great for our jet ski and fishing. It was nice that they were also willing to rent for a long weekend. Hope to stay here another time.
