LUXURY BLUEWATER HOLIDAY HOME

  • The Bluewater Holiday Home is a unique four storey townhouse design for sleeping a large family or group near Greenhithe, Kent, for Bluewater Shopping Centre, within easy reach of the surrounding towns, plus London and Essex .

    The house is designed to allow safe social distancing if need be, for all who make up the household. The ground floor has a full kitchen with open plan dining and the living room and bedroom both opening to the garden, which is all part of our Opal Brown Suite.

    On the first floor is our Opal Red Suite, with two bedrooms, charming family bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining, living room and conservatory, opening out to the patio leading to the garden.

    The second floor makes up our Opal Brown Suite and has three bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms.

    On the third floor is our open plan Studio bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, and kitchen which is not in use during the house let.

    There is a total of seven - fourteen bed spaces, with the use of single, double, king, and super king beds, (our single beds when zipped together make up our super king beds). There is a total of five bathrooms.

    The property is 4-storey so four flights of stair can be a task for those less abled or elderly, in which case you can plan accordingly ask us to assist you. Our ground floor is the same level as the road, so wheelchairs can easily come and go.
    Our home is for residential use, so for any events you may require to host in the house please enquire with us, first providing details. Party nights and birthdays are welcome depending on size and additional fees maybe payable.

    There are different variations on what you can choose for your stay in our home. Let us know your needs and we can tailor the options to suit you.

    The property location is peaceful and generally quiet with easy access to central London within 40 minutes, and airports within easy reach, and the nearby renowned Bluewater shopping centre is within walking distance, offering vast retail and dining experiences . With the new Elizabeth train line, Heathrow is even closer and getting around Kent to London is even easier and quicker without a car.

Excellent!

The stay was excellent, has exceeded expectations, the property is in excellent condition, fully modern (new building), completely equipped and exceptionally clean! and if something needed,the charming owner, will do the impossible to make me feel better than home! The location is great and privileged, just 10 minutes walk from Bluewater and perfectly well connected to London. You can Enjoy this magnificent city and once you return to the house you ll feel the relax in the welcoming and peaceful environment, Greenhithe, having the ability to shop and dine in the spectacular shopping. If you are able to visit this city do not hesitate to rent this property, sincerely recommend, Simon, the owner, will receive you very warmly and make you want to go back!! Quick and easy process with the host to get the keys etc, then a swift departure from the property.

Very very helpful host who answered all my questions including codes to doors etc at around 12pm so extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Casa comoda e spaziosa anche per gruppi numerosi

Noi eravamo in 14 adulti e grazie agli ampi spazi della casa è stato un soggiorno confortevole. Lavorando al circuito è abbastanza comodo, si trova a 15 minuti circa (20 minuti in caso di traffico). Consigliato.

Roomy, exceptionally well located for Bluewater

We needed a few days near to Bluewater shopping centre before Xmas and this property was ideal. Simon is a very attentive host and nothing is too much trouble for him to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We only took one part of the house (opal suite) - which was perfect for us (2x adults and a baby). Recommended.

Beautiful high end accommodation

Conveniently placed near Bluewater shopping centre and public transport links. Great space for a family group. Immaculately clean, comfortable and well presented. Owner Simon was on hand via a telephone call when needed. Planning to visit again. Recommended highly!

Great Property and great host

We rented this property for the weekend before our Wedding for our family to stay in and we were blessed with wonderful weather, which meant we could use the outside that was kept in excellent condition and perfect for a small group. The property itself was perfect for our needs, the rooms spacious and clean. Simon was a great host checking in to make sure we have everything we need. We had wonderful time the few days before our wedding, thank you Simon.

Great for a weekend with friends

Simon was a fantastic host, we arrived at his home on New Year's Eve which was beautifully clean and tidy. Simon helped us move some portable single beds around so children could sleep in the rooms with their parents, he even delivered us a sky box so my husband could watch the football! As we were a large group he was extra accommodating, giving us more time to pack everything up in the morning. The house is within walking distance to a great pub and a large ASDA. Our stay couldn't have been any better. Thank you Simon.

Beautiful accommodation, peaceful and welcoming.

Really enjoyed the view from the top floor studio apartment. Peaceful and very clean with all facilities that I expected. I will diffinantly be visiting again. Thanks for everything me Cornwall.

Wonderful place to stay!

What a wonderful experience! This home was in a very nice location, close to the Bluewater mall and the train station. The home itself was very comfortable. Simon was the best part, he was very helpful and extremely nice. Anything we needed he took care of it. He was always available and that was wonderful. It was our first time out of the US so we didn't know what to expect but Simon made us feel right at home. The home was very roomy and comfortable. I definitely would stay here again if given the opportunity :)

Luxurious Yet Homely

We stayed in Simon's property for just over nine weeks while we were working in the area. We found Simon to be both accommodating and welcoming - he was always available when we had any issues and was always on hand to offer any additional support, whether it be through his overall knowledge of the area or through more specific queries we had. The property itself has the rare quality of balancing a luxurious yet homely feel - a rare trait amongst holiday homes we have previously stayed in. We always felt at home and would recommend Simon's holiday home to anyone visiting the area.

Maison tres bien pour plusieurs familles elle se situe à proximité de la gare pour aller sur Londres, a proximité d un immense centre commercial de 300 marques (bluewater), a proximité d un centre commercial ouvert 24/24(Asda), a proximité de l autoroute pour aller à Londres. Literie de tres bonne qualité et petite terasse fermée pour faire du barbecue Simon est très accueillant et nous a tres bien conseillé pour notre petit séjour je recommande!

Fantastic place

With our 2 french families, we would like to discover London and the Kent landscape. We found exactly that we searched in this house. It 's very easily to go from Dover to Greenhithe per A2 or M2 ways. And in effec, when we are in this town, we can trip to London thanks to the station near the renting home. Kent landscape is very nice also and you can mix urban and landscape during your trip. Simon house offers all conforts and garden is a beautiful place with those palm trees. Children parc is also near the location and with easily access for the children. Simmon owner is very sympathic and allways available to arrange your vacations. We passed good evening with him around a french wine glass to discuss. And we appreciated this type of contact with our home owner. Thank again Simmon for your hospitality and for your beautiful house. And if you pass through Beauvais, not hesitate to contact us.

A great stay!

We were working at the Bluewater Shopping Centre and found this property very convenient, clean and well furnished. Simon, the owner, was incredibly helpful and accommodating as we changed our dates a few times. Amazing showers! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Jour de l'an parfait!

Très joli et confortable appartement situé à proximité d'une station de train permettant de relier Londres en environ 40 minutes. L'appartement conforme à la description est réparti sur plusieurs niveaux. Une cuisine ouverte sur un salon salle à manger au rez de chaussée et donnant sur une petite cour qui doit être très agréable en été, et au second étage deux chambres avec chacune WC et douche ou baignoire. La literie est extra! entre les deux, un appartement complet pour 4 et donc des voisins!!! Simon est très sympathique et accueillant. En cette période d'ouverture des soldes, un gigantesque centre commercial se trouve à proximité. Une adresse à retenir. Merci pour tout!

séjour du 22 au 27 avril 2013

Nous avons passé 1 magnifique séjour à 10 personnes dans une location superbe qui correspondait en tous points au descriptif de l'annonce : propreté nickel , pièces spacieuses et équipements au top : salles de bain et cuisines intégrées , électro-ménager et vaisselle complet . extérieurs comprenant places de parking privatives , terrasse et salon de jardin . Le propriétaire est disponible, accueillant même s'il ne parle pas du tout Français ! La maison est à environ 50 mn de Londres accessible par le train , gare à 5mn de la location; un supermarché ouvert 24h/24 est idéalement situé .Nous recommandons cette location à des familles nombreuses ou à des amis pour profiter pleinement de tous les avantages de cette maison . Merci Simon pour ton accueil , ta gentillesse , et 1000 mercis supplémentaires pour nous avoir donné le studio en + ! Nous t'accueillerons avec plaisir si l'envie te prends de venir en Normandie .

Perfect stay for visiting London

We are a Dutch family of 5 and stayed in the house for 3 nights. Everything was ok. Clean, cosy and comfortable. The house is situated very well for visiting London (the trainstation is only a few minutes walking) and by train you get in the centre of London in app. 40 minutes. Nearby the house is a very big shoppingmall. The owner is very friendly and preciously. We can recommend the house to everybody.

Highly recommended

We are a car race team and we were competing in Brands Hatch - we normally book into a hotel nearby but this year decided to rent a house that we could all stay in. There were 10 of us and we had a great time even though we didn't have much time in the house - early starts and late finishes. Distance from Brands Hatch is about 12 mins. Would highly recommend - beds are very comfortable. Thanks Simon for all your help - hope to see you next year. Regards Michelle Dempsey

Great Place

My family and I reallly enjoyed our stay at this home during the Olympics. The house is very comfortable, spacious and lots of amenities. London was easily reached by train. A great stay

We needed a place to stay whilst exhibiting at Bluewater. It was great, really clean and fully equipped for all our needs. It meant we could spread out at the end of a busy night rather than being cramped up in a hotel room. I would recommend it if you are staying in the local area. a good base to travel from short or longer term.

The best property ever, Highly recommended

The property was amazing, Great veiws and the landlord was very helpful in every way. Very modern and tastefully decorated, Clean and tidy. Central to everything, Shops and bars as well as transport all in walking distance. I am going back again! The property has different floors to suit families as well as couples all really nice and a very good size.

Amazing!!!!!!!!!

We were in there like 4 months ago and we came back cause everithhing was perfect!!!!. But this time, Simon the owner; was spectacular with us!!!!!!!!. Everything was perfect again. The apartment is really nice, it has a new furniture and looks amazing!!!. We have a lot of friends there, for that reason we go often. And everitime that we go it will be that place to stay. Simply espectacular!!!!

We re just very happy to been there!!!!!. The appartment is really beatiful, so nice and very equiped. Very well concted to london.by train and highway. There re a big shopping mall 10 minutes walking, The Bluewater Center. The enviroment is really nice and quiet, lovely for those who want to rest and enjoy the nature, very peacefThe owner, Simon, was really kind and helpful. Excellent!!

Whilst working in the are for a number of weeks the owner was very accommodating and very helpful! Couldn't do enough for us. The rooms/apartments are excellent, very clean and the facilities are top notch! Would highly recommend to anyone! Why stay in a hotel when you could stay in such a brilliant, comfy, ideally located, spacious apartment! Will defiantly stay again!
