The hotel if fairly clean, but needs updating in rooms and bathrooms. Elevators are old and very slow. The staff was nice and friendly.

The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast although had options was not really worth the charge. The location could use a deep cleaning (especially the times in the bathroom) and some upgrades. Overall it was a pleasant experience

We have to leave the place with 30 minutes after we arrive, we shave a rat inside the room, yes a RAT .

Thank you for the comment. Holiday Inn Express includes a complimentary breakfast. Holiday Inn does not include free breakfast but does have it available for purchase. Jenny

All was good but when I went to watch a final 4 basketball game from my room the TV did not have TNT, TBS or Tru TV available. I was told the carrier was being updated. I had to leave the hotel and find a bar/restaurant that was showing the game.

My first room was very dirty, all kinds of hair in the bathtub. When I talked to the front desk they switched my room, but this one is just as dirty. I don’t think the room was even cleaned after the last person stayed here. I had to go out and buy my own towel and shower shoes just to feel okay staying here. Definitely will not be staying in a holiday inn again.

Been there a few times before..But this time there was only 3 working outlets.. we needed at least 5.. my CPAPmachine, charger for my daughter’s hearing aid, 2 phones and 2 IPads. Outlets were there, but not functional.

I never leave hotel reviews, so I’ll keep it short and sweet: rooms are irreparably dirty (spider webs, unidentified dried residue on the floors and all the furniture, and mice!!! in the rooms!!!), bathrooms aren’t much better (I ended up buying flip flops from the nearby dollar tree to shower), breakfast buffet is below average and overpriced. The 7th floor is a rundown version of the 5th floor but I can’t speak to the rest of the floors. Hopefully all the renovations going on can fix this place but I’m skeptical. The gym is closed due to ongoing repairs. Only stay here if you really need to…

It is a very nice and beautiful place that I think anyone wishes to stay for a vacation. The staff there was so nice and they were always there to help us out when we did things wrong with the key. They were there to make it work again. Can't wait to be back soon. Once again thank you guys so much for making our stay a beautiful and nice one.

Kind of an overall unprofessional feel too the place. Nonemployees hanging out at front desk in evening and overnight, clouds is weed smoke in rolling under doors in hallways, construction noise in building, general disrepair in common areas (other than lobby which was fine). I expect a little bit more from Holiday inn
