    The Peaceful Times House en Green Turtle Cay está ubicado en una ladera a unos pasos de Coco Bay y el Mar de Abaco. Esta casa aislada y cómoda tiene un gran patio que está casi rodeado por un dosel de árboles nativos. Se encuentra a dos minutos a pie de las playas del océano Atlántico y el mar de Abaco.

    Peaceful Times está bien equipado con las comodidades modernas que uno esperaría incluir TV satelital y servicio de internet. Esta espaciosa casa elevada con techo de metal te permite disfrutar del entretenimiento con el plano de planta de concepto abierto. La barra de desayuno define el área de la cocina donde las comidas se pueden preparar con electrodomésticos modernos.

    Su privacidad está asegurada con las dos habitaciones con baño privado. Un dormitorio tiene una cama grande y cómoda de tamaño completo con el segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales igualmente cómodas.

    Todas las habitaciones de la casa tienen grandes puertas correderas que se pueden abrir para disfrutar de la brisa tropical y los sonidos de la isla. ¡Tampoco hay que preocuparse por los errores! Las puertas se abren a un porche totalmente protegido alrededor del porche. Las nuevas pantallas de "sombra solar" ayudan a reducir el calor del sol mientras mantienen las vistas.

    En el porche encontrará una mesa de 6 lugares perfecta para cenar al aire libre, así como tumbonas relajantes que son perfectas para leer un buen libro o para reflexionar sobre el día de la isla que tuvo.

    Peaceful Times está cerca de todas las actividades que el extremo norte de la isla tiene para ofrecer. Dé un paseo rápido por un sendero arbolado para nadar con las tortugas en Cocoa Bay. El Green Turtle Club & Marina, con su piscina y el mundialmente famoso "Dollar Bar", así como el Brendal’s Dive Center están a solo 3 minutos a pie. Desde su carrito de golf, un viaje rápido por White Sound lo lleva a The Bluff House con el Tranquil Turtle Bar con su pintoresca playa. Descanse junto al agua con una bebida fría y vea los barcos atravesar el Mar de Ábaco.

    Viaje al histórico asentamiento de New Plymouth en el extremo sur de la isla y explore la rica historia que la isla puede compartir. Conoce a algunas de las personas más amigables con las que te encontrarás mientras deambulas por las calles estrechas. ¡Cuidado con los niños!     Justo antes del huracán Dorian, la casa pasó por un proceso de transición del propietario y los nuevos propietarios están ocupados haciendo algunas reparaciones y mejoras del huracán. Los nuevos propietarios están siempre agradecidos con los anteriores constructores y propietarios Paul y Diane por ayudarlos a hacer realidad su sueño.

We had a great stay at the Hidden Turtle cottage. It has everything you need for a comfortable family vacation. The owners Mark and Kelly are very kind and knowledgeable regarding all the local things to do and see. We would definitely return.

Mark was very understanding of my jitters, being a first time VRBO customer. Was super helpful in making me feel right at home with suggestions about what to take with us. The house was wonderful with all the extras that are necessary when beaching it.

Great house and Location

The house is close to the most beautiful beach (short walk) and public boat dock. The house itself is comfortable and clean with a well equipped kitchen. I cooked our catch most nights and it had everything I needed. Would love to stay again soon.

Amazing hidden Gem

We stayed at this amazing home from June 7th through the 14th and couldn’t have been happier. The house is beautiful, well-kept, and has everything you need—including a generator, which came in handy when the power went out on the island. We never lost power! The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hidden gem—truly a great find!

Great Rental

This is a clean and comfortable rental. All the amenities are there! The screened in porch was a great place to hang out, and the rental is only a quick walk from the beach. Mark was excellent at communicating with us, and even called to let us know when the ferry stopped running for a day. Margaret showed us to the rental and was there to help us with anything we needed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Green Turtle Cottage! A few days before we arrived, the owner shared contact information for their preferred driver, who picked us up at the airport and took us to the Treasure Cay ferry dock. That coordination alone made things so much easier and gave us one less thing to worry about while traveling.Once we arrived off the ferry at Green Turtle, the house caretaker was waiting for us at the dock. She was incredibly friendly, helped load our luggage into her car (which was especially helpful since it would have been difficult to fit everything on our golf cart), and escorted us to the house just a few minutes away. The entire arrival process was seamless and welcoming.The house itself was fantastic and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I especially appreciated having spices and other cooking essentials available so we didn’t have to purchase everything from scratch. The cottage was very cozy, comfortable, and felt like home. We also appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and pool noodles during our stay, and we loved relaxing on the front porch.The location was great as well — close to beaches and several restaurants, while downtown was an easy and enjoyable golf cart ride away.My only small critique is that our friends, who stayed with us for part of the trip, mentioned that the single beds were not very comfortable and were quite creaky whenever they moved.Overall, we had a wonderf

Lovely home on the Island

My husband and I had a very nice stay in Hidden Turtle. The house was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and feeling like we were in the treetops. Margaret the caretaker was lovely and very helpful. The house was well equipped and laid out well. We had a very wonderful stay. Thank you Mark and Kelly

Great home for family of 4

We had a great vacation at Hidden Turtle Cottage. The owner was very helpful and available to answer several questions we had come up during our stay (like a recommendation for a boat mechanic!). The house was equipped with all the necessities and then some. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it! Thank you Mark and Kelly for the use of your home it was lovely!

Great stay at Hidden Turtle Cottage

Hidden Turtle was just perfect for our short stay and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to questions, and the caretaker Margaret was amazingly helpful and gracious. We especially loved the spacious screened porch, where we enjoyed all our meals. The kitchen is well-appointed and the grounds are lovely and well maintained. The location is great with just a short walk to the beaches. The cottage has a nice welcoming feel and we had a great time there.

Perfect

Hidden Turtle Cottage was exactly the place I needed while on the cay for my daughter’s wedding. It was a peaceful home base that seemed completely secluded, yet I could drive a cart to the Club in less than five minutes. It was easily that close to Coco Bay as well! Mark checked on us to make sure we were settled in, and the caretaker, Margaret, was just a text away. The cottage itself was spacious, spotless, and well-laid out, and the huge screened-in porch was a peaceful place to relax in the evenings. We cant wait to go back! Thank you, Mark and Kelly, for the perfect place.

Peaceful Retreat

Mark, Kelly, and their caretaker Margaret went above and beyond to ensure we had a welcoming experience encapsulating the real Bahamas. Their home was clean, bright, open, airy and modern. They were responsive and considerate of all our needs, including bringing our groceries to us from the store. We have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s on Green Turtle Cay and this house was one of our favorites. The location near Coco bay and the Ocean beach was perfectly private, but easily accessible. We Will Definitely Rent There Again!

PARADISE

Not only is the island paradise, so is the property. The best way for me to describe it is complete serenity. The property was so beautiful, clean, and I felt comfortable and at home from the second I walked in. The beds were even extremely comfortable. The location is perfectly centered between town and the Bluff house marina where we kept our rental boat. The front porch was my happy place. I spent a lot of time enjoying the amazing view and listening to the sounds of nature. We will definitely be back and would love to stay again. The owner was very responsive every time I sent a message and was so helpful in answering questions to prepare for our trip since it was our first time. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

1st visit back since Dorien

We were so excited to be able to return to GTC, and Hidden Turtle provides us with the perfect location to dock the boat and enjoy Coco Bay. This was our 1st trip over to see our daughter who recently moved there to start Benthic Adventures with Ricky North and Christian Levarity, being able to spend time with them, see the amazing progress made with rebuilding, visiting with local friends, and spearfishing was good for the soul. Mark was so accommodating and during Tropical Storm Isaias he kept in regular contact to help ensure we had everything we needed. The caretakers Josh and Julie were fantastic and available if needed. I would highly recommend renting Hidden Turtle if your looking for a clean and comfortable house with easy access to the ocean or Coco Bay.
