"This was perfect for our trip. It was close to everything and plenty of room for the three of us. Sara and Marvin were great to work with and Sara even left muffins as a welcome which were delicious! I would definitely recommend and should we be back in Johnson City I will be booking here. "

"This is an immaculate small house that also has a big deck and lawn which looks out over a beautiful trout stream. Unfortunately I did not bring my fly rod with me because I didn’t read the listing carefully. The trout were rising all around! I was more focused on the location in the tri city area. The place is clean, well appointed and the owners live right next door. I highly recommend it. The photo is from the stream bank. "

"My husband and i enjoyed our stay at this spacious home with gorgeous views and spectacular sunsets. The kitchen was well supplied, so we enjoyed eating in during our stay. Having a sauna and hot tub was a delightful bonus. "

The host answered all of our questions quickly and had great communication with us while we stayed. I would highly recommend booking the cottage or with this host."
