Unplanned

I needed a place to stay while my relative was in the hospital and this apartment was in walking distance. Also easy walking distance to town center and park. It was just what I needed and Sue with iTrip was wonderful in working to assist me with a last minute reservation and then making it so easy to go on a week to week basis until it was time for us to go home. Green Cove Visit

Apartment was clean. Walk to park, pool and coffee shop is about half mile and we enjoyed all three. We could hear apartment neighbor’s tv through master bedroom wall and they could probably hear our baby that woke up and cried one of the three nights…

Wonderfully convenient!

We needed a place to stay while putting our boat away for hurricane season in Green Cove Springs. This appartmwnt was 3 minutes away from the marina. We appreciated having a laundry facility and a fully equipped kitchen. The parking was right by the door which facilitated our moving. The master bedroom bed was the best mattress/bed I have slept in! Extremely comfortable!

Clean, Quiet, Outstanding Hosts

We had an extended stay so our experience is over several months. The biggest surprise was how quiet, clean & well-maintained the place was. The unit is in a pet friendly apartment complex with annual rentals but never even heard a dog bark! To make sure we were enjoying our stay the hosts even updated us on upcoming local events in the area.

The apartment was great. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The communication was good with the owners! We were not there very much except to put our heads down at night and get ready in the morning, but it was perfect for our needs.

Nice place

We stayed here the week of the July 4th. It’s a spacious place that still smells new. There is plenty of room to move around. You’re a nice walk to the pier and pool and a close drive to stores.

I would stay here again

The place was great. The hosts made sure me and my family were comfortable. The apartment was a good size. Kitchen was clean. Check in and check out instructions were clear. The location was reasonably close to St Augustine, Jacksonville, and various springs. I would recommend this place to a relative.

Disappointed

The overall listing was deceptive. The apartment was very clean...yet really small and in the middle of nowhere. Eighty-five percent of the town closes at 7pm, including the city pool. There is a three hour drive to any fun areas. Quiet hours enforced after 11pm. In short, I will not be booking this location again.

Nice place

The apartment was nice the only thing was that the tub was dirty and the kitchen utensils had water mark on all of them, Ended up using plastic, the dish drain was dirty. We found no soap in the bathroom to shower and the stores were already closed for the night. The cleaning lady are not doing a good job. The host was excellent, very quick to respond to my questions. Extra stay for golf trip

Very nice property. Pretty sure we were the first to stay in it. Only thing I would have them check is their electrical... Most wall plugs pushed into the wall and were hard to plug things in. Other than that was a great stay and would recommend it
