Wedding Weekend

My husband and three sons and I stayed here for four nights when we were in town to celebrate our daughter's wedding. The house was amazing. We especially loved the hot tub and the massage chair. Tom is excellent at communication and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. Highly recommend this house.

Great property! Allowed all of the guests to have their own space. Lots of entertaining things to do at the property. I would recommend this property to all of my family and friends.

Fantastic property for a family 70th birthday celebration.

Plenty of room for 12 adults. Very close to bus routes for Green Bay Packer games. Great neighborhood.

Very clean property. Exactly as described. Arcades all functioning properly. Fire pit was very nice and wood was supplied. Would stay here again!

This is our second year at Tom's place. Great property, well stocked and Tom is very responsive to any needs we have had. 12 guys all had plenty of room. We will be back next year!

Great property with fun things for everyone!

This home was so much fun for our adult children and grandchildren. The game room and theater were a hit for the kids. The massage chair and hot tub were so relaxing for the adults. We all played games, shot pool, played ping pong, had a poker night, and really enjoyed the many places to hang out with family. All the beds were so comfortable and cozy. Thank you so much Tom, we all loved our stay!!

Beautiful clean house

House was very clean. Game room..some of games were not working. Lots of room for all to have separate rooms. Kitchen was well equipped except shortage of spoons for eating (4 total) Host and staff responded quickly when asked questions. Would definitely recommend!

Packers vs Bears weekend

3 families stayed for the game, overall great for families to stay but listing says 5 shower/tubs but only 4 so needs to be updated, space heaters in many rooms so not comfortable temperature, mattress’s were average, many rooms only have one light bulb as others were burned out, barstool in kitchen was falling apart so we placed it in the corner so no one got hurt, watch your step as hazard tape is worn out so several people tripped up steps to enter other rooms. Overpriced for quality of property

We loved having a large house for our team retreat. Overall the stay was good, but there were a few things that made it not a 5 star stay... we spotted a mouse in one of the bedrooms (expected in a large house in the area, but still didn't love it). They brought traps, but the person staying in the room where it was spotted wasn't comfortable staying in the room the second night. There were also a couple broken items in the house - including the blinds in the primary bedroom and one of the cabinets in the kitchen that was broken off the hinge. Minor things that should be checked and taken care of in a rental before new renters arrive. Overall it was an okay stay. I probably wouldn't book the space again, but it was good for what we needed.

Wonderful Family Time!!!!

We had a wedding in the area, and we needed to host my siblings and their families from all over. Some drove here from Mississippi, some from New Mexico, and Colorado... but when we got there we felt right at home. The house has a lot of open spaces, and there was enough living rooms for everyone to relax and decompress. Young ones (7,14, 16 in our group) had a good time in the arcade room and the cinema room. We had a bit of an issue with the trashcans being full, but property manager was very quick to answer and get any issues resolved. You will not regret your stay in this awesome residence.

Great family weekend

Enjoyed Terraview for our cousins gathering. Spent many hours gathered around the dining room table sharing memories. Kitchen could use some larger pots and a new can opener but we improvised. Bedrooms worked out well for 14 of us. Bedroom on the main level had a bathroom right next to it so it was almost a private bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms worked good with shared bathrooms upstairs- one large with dual vanitues and the other smaller with a great shower. Master bedroom and bath were great. Tom was responsive for the few maintenance issues relating to the hot tub, tvs, and games downstairs.

Check-in went smoothly. Our guests loved the arcade room, foosball, ping pong and pool table. Master suite is very nice. All questions were answered promptly by our host. Our guests mentioned that the cleaning wasn't as expected, the kitchen was not well apportioned for a house that can sleep 16. One guest upon getting into bed felt the bed shift - the slats under the bed were broken so he had to move to another bedroom. 3 teaspoons, cereal bowls all chipped. The appliances in the kitchen although top rated brands are all very old. Fan does not work on the stove. Our 4 year old grand daughter got snapped by a mouse trap. You will need to fill the hot tub several times during your stay. Although charcoal was provided it wasn't enough to cook for a crowd - we are glad that we brought our own. We were glad that we brought crockpots, griddles and large serving bowls and plastic utensils. We did enjoy our stay but expected more for the price.

family get together

we all arrived and had to wait until 4:30 for the cleaning ladies to finish, dryer full of towels for us to finish and fold. 5 children excited for the play room, 2 out of 5 arcade games broke (note saying sorry for the inconvenience),4 handles broken on foosball table, No balls for table tennis. Had to buy pizza cutter, cake pan,croc pot, potato peeler.mixer. Kitchen utensils scarce.No alarm clocks in bedrooms.3 out of 5 kitchen burners worked. Large living room rug smelled like dog urine.House was beautiful and spacious but expected more for the price.

Family Getaway

This spacious and beautiful property was perfect for our family get away. The property is exactly as described. It was clean, well-stocked and everything was in working order. I appreciated that there was soap at all the sinks and showers, extra toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. There is one queen bedroom on the main level and 2 half baths, 5 bedrooms on upper level with 3 full baths, 1 bedroom in basement with a full bath. The basement bedroom is near the arcade and theater, so not for those going to bed early or wanting to sleep in. There is a step up from the kitchen to the living area for those with little ones or mobility issues. You could always bring a baby gate if that is a problem. In addition to what is listed there is also a large butlers pantry to store your stuff and a poker/game table/room. If you have kids you may want to bring plastic cups as there are only glass. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it looks nice and the big room was great for the kids to play in. This is a wonderful property and we would stay here again! Thanks Tom for being such a great host!

Disappointed

The house was large and could accommodate our large family. However there were many issues we encountered 1) app to lock and unlock the door didn’t work even for the person I was told to contact for anything we needed. That was a safety issue. 2) hot tub cover in poor repair and full of water. Hot tub lost water and needed a fill if you wanted to use it 3) kitchen wasn't stocked with anything such as salt and pepper, plastic wrap, foil. No basics provided 4) most furniture was stained and in poor repair. 5) unable to hear or regulate tv volume in theater room. 6) no instructions left for any information regarding the property including how to turn on arcade games. 7) arcade games broken 8) outside furniture in poor repair and cushions moldy. Many of these items were known to the property manager as we ended up reading reviews or because the handy man who came to pump out the basement patio because of clogged gutters knew. Gutters remained clogged as well. We were all very excited to stay in such a great property that VRBO represented in the photos, but that turned quickly to disappointment 2)

Fall Family Escape 2022

Outstanding! The Manor on Terraview delivered in all respects. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 9 adults to have all the room they needed to spread out and relax in. The well-appointed kitchen including 2 refrigerators, a butler’s pantry for your storage needs, provided the 5 cooks in our family everything they desired to create many days worth of wonderfully home cooked meals, which we enjoyed around the most inviting dining room table. All kitchens are the heart of the home, and this one certainly was as well. Entertainment abound! All the “kids” in this group were 60 and older and the laughter rang throughout the entertainment rooms on the lower level. The many arcade games, ping pong table, theatre room with its ice-cream parlor counter (including sundae glasses) provided all an escape from the cold Wisconsin days we had while there. Of course, there were ballgames to be watched and doing so from the ultra-comfy couch in the family room (including the massage chair) everyone was a winner. We had planned a spa afternoon for the ladies in the group, in the huge sunroom with hot tub, but somehow we never made it there. After renting many large VRBO’s, The Manor will be at the top of the list of memorable experiences. But, the entire experience would not be complete without the hospitality of your host, Thomas. Being from the south, we know hospitality, and Thomas knows it as well. A very gracious thank you Thomas, for giving our family a place to gather in comfort, to share a lifetime of memories in our PJ’s, and renew that family love that has been interrupted these last 3-years.
