My family and I stayed 5 days the house was amazing. Great location clean and the backyard was amazing. Nice fire pit and trampoline for the kiddos. Will definitely stay again when we are in Colorado. 100% recommend staying at this lovely rental.

Cozy, Clean, and Convenient

The house was warm, clean, and convenient to Greeley and Windsor. The kitchen was stocked with necessities and some extras in the pantry. And they even sent people to shovel snow from the driveway when it snowed overnight. The hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great Property

We were in town for CSU’s graduation ceremonies. While I was initially hesitant to stay 30 minutes from the campus, I’m so glad I did. The location is perfect; you’re literally 3 minutes from groceries, gas, restaurants, and retail. The backyard is perfectly equipped for kids and adults alike. The trampoline was fun even for the older kids, and the fire pit gave us an excuse to make s’mores two nights in a row. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean, even the corners of the tile floors (which I always check). Hosts were very prompt with communication and made it easy to arrange early check in. Definitely recommend.

Great Townhome

This is the second time we have stayed in this townhome for our volleyball tournament. It is very comfortable and perfect for our two families. The owners are very friendly and are easy to get in touch with if needed.

Beautiful

The house was beautiful- better than the pictures. Very comfortable. Great location to get to places. The beds weren’t as comfortable as we would like but everyone has their own preference on that so I still give it 5 stars. There is laundry detergent/ dryer sheets along with shampoo/ conditioner/ body soap. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Best friends forever

It was strange that no hand towels were in the bathrooms, but got used to the paper towels. The couch and chair need to be replaced, very old and uncomfortable. Great place, great time!

Very nice

Check-in was simple. The place was spacious and very nice. Perfect for us. I can't imagine staying a hotel anymore. This place was great for a family, had the space for visitors, the ability to cook, multiple tv's, and ability to enjoy down time comfortably. Nice neighborhood to go for a walk too. Some small issues that can be simply resolved. Hosts were very responsive by text, app and phone call. I would recommend this place.

Nice house but not that well equipped

Such a beautiful house, it was very nice to stay there. Sadly they had very few cups and plates for such a big house, we were 4 and a kid and only had 3 cups, the plates were all chipped and the pods and pans were very old. Also the coffee maker only makes one cup at a time (pretty bad for when you have the whole family there). We were also surprised by the lack of towels for the kitchen and bathrooms, it was only paper towels.
