Beautiful view of the caldera

We loved staying in this cave house. It was right in the middle of all the action in Oia, but still felt quiet. And the view cannot be beat! We would stay here again.

The name “Paradise” says it all!

This property is just beautiful with the most amazing views! The house had everything we needed and then some. Maria and her team are fantastic and Maria is very communicative throughout the stay. We will return!!

We really enjoyed the villa. The photos and description were as advertised. Location was great and was in great shape and clean. They even supplied us with some food and snacks upon arrival to make it easier to settle in. Maria was very responsive and helpful. We recommend this villa.

Perfect Paradise in Santorini

The cave house is in a wonderful location and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Santorini. You can’t beat the location - right by the Oia shops and restaurants and an amazing view of the caldera. Maria provides breakfast items and wine which can be enjoyed indoors or outside on the patio, and quaint/fun decor including twinkling lights in the bedroom! Our only complaint was that we only booked 2 nights - it would have been wonderful to stay a week or longer.

Oia cave house stay

We had a wonderful time staying in Maria’s cave house with beautiful views of the caldera and Oia. It was perfect for 3 of us on a girls trip. The location was amazing - so central to all of the activities in the town. I would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful stay in Oia

Blissfully relaxing. Maria made sure everything was perfect for our arrival, stay, and departure; and Mustafa was very helpful on a daily basis and with helping with discharge. The unit was very comfortable and quiet—it made our stay in Oia memorable.

Beautiful prime picture perfect location

What a wonderful girls trip myself and my two daughters had. We spent 5 days in this location and love bed it. The building managers were phenomenal they helped us with everything including restaurant recommendations, island tours, catamaran tours. The village of Oia is beautiful and the service was fantastic. We felt absolutely safe and comfortable as three girls and Maria checked in on us everyday.

Think Twice

It is hard to know where to start with this review, especially since I have never written a review like this before. We booked this house after an extensive search. My two young kids were really excited about the hot tub, and my husband and I were excited to sit on the front porch to enjoy the view while the kids enjoyed the hot tub. We checked in and, to our dismay, the hot tub was taken apart - it clearly wasn’t going to be working during our stay. Nothing was communicated to us. I immediately called Maria (who said she was driving and would call me back - which was a theme during our stay). When she did, she claimed the hot tub had just had an issue the day before and that she had arranged for us to use the hot tub next door one day and a different one the next day. While we were glad to have a back up, neither of these were the ideal quiet stay at our own place with our kids. I also wanted to give Maria the benefit of the doubt that the issue just arose, but the lack of communication and numerous excuses throughout our short stay made me think otherwise. Not to mention, the patio was dirty, paint is peeling and Mis-matched, the bedding is uncomfortable and itchy. The place needs a lot of TLC, and the nightly rate is not worth anything near what they are charging. Maria offered us a small discount, but no where near what should have been offered to compensate us for all of the issues. Unless the place is sold to new ownership, I would not stay here.

The location was perfect

We enjoyed the experience of living on the cliff side. We misunderstood the use of the key in the holder so we were confused about the power (it will go out after 2 minutes if you take it out). This seems to be a all of GREECE thing to conserve energy (and is a great idea) but being our first visit we were too naive to know that and too tired to catch the instructions after 27 hours of travel to retain it :-) Thanks for a GREAT stay.

Wonderful traditional cave house, minor issues

If your looking for a traditional cave house this is wonderful. I delt with the manager for registration. I expected her to bring us in to property but it was a guy, he was very nice, didn't understand everything we had asked which was okay. We had asked the manager to have the hot tub hot before we arrived, we paid extra to have the hot tub for our 3 day stay because we were out of season, but it was cold when we arrived. The guy said it would take 4 to 5 hours it took 24 hours till it was hot. Minor but not super happy because I had asked ahead to make sure it would be hot. Another minor issue, we had no eggs and no milk but plenty of cereal ... went to corner store to purchase milk and eggs. Also it was booked for 3 people but the caretaker only had enough towels for 2 people, he did find 2 smaller towels to make it work. Again these are all minor things. This is why I gave 4 stars. Great view, with in walking to restaurants, mini markets, and stores.

We absolutely loved staying here, everything was perfect, the place has the exact charm you are looking for when staying in Greece! Everyone was so helpful, Maria was great with getting us all the details we needed and answering my 10000 questions! This place is a must stay!! The view is incredible and you are right in the heart of Oia!

Had a wonderful stay! Spectacular views and close to great restaurants. House is small, but very clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs to climb so be sure you are ready for that.
