Ottima posizione. Pulizia della camera scarsa, il ricambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni tre giorni. Non è stato il mio caso, ma controllare bene in fase di prenotazione online se l'aria condizionata è inclusa nel prezzo oppure è a pagamento. Se così fosse vi sono altre sistemazioni nei dintorni a prezzi simili.

Our booking was confirmed and paid for, when we arrived the manager said we could not leave our bags and if we did he would not be responsible although it clearly states baggage storage available. On returning at 3pm to book in we were asked how long we were staying for and said we had booked for one night. The manager then told us our booking had been changed to another hotel by Expedia which was untrue as we checked with Expedia. He told us we were booking into another hotel '5 minutes away' no apology or explanation. When we arrived at the Africa Hotel the manager said our booking had been made the previous night. Why were we not informed, why didn't the manager notify us on the morning we arrived and why not give a truthful reason for our move? The staff at the Africa Hotel were very welcoming and apologetic although it was not their fault, however the room was very small and basic and not one we would have chosen. Previous reviews has stated that the staff at the New York were friendly and helpful and this was far from the truth in our case

This is the reason we protected your reservation to another hotel just the day before. We really apologise for any inconvenience we might have caused you for your 1 night stay. Hyvä sijainti. Siisti **hotelli. Aamupala todella pelkistetty, ei sisältänyt vihanneksia /hedelmiä, kananmunia missään muodossa, jogurttia tms. Ainostaan sämpylää ja croissantteja, samaa juustoa ja leikkelettä koko viikko sekä kahviautomaatti, josta sai rusehtavaa teevettä. Jos kaipaat runsasta aamiaista, en suosittelisi tätä hotellia, muutoin kyllä.

Siisti hotelli budjettimatkalle
Ihan siisti, viime vuosina remontoitu 2* hotelli. Omassa huoneessani ei ollut parveketta ja se oli ainoa mitä kaipasin. Huone oli yksinkertaisesti sisustettu, sänky oli erinomainen nukkua ja ilmastointi pelasi niinkuin kuuluu. Wc/suihku oli tämänluokituksen hotelliin siisti. Aamupala oli yksinkertainen mutta toimiva. Koko henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä ja ulkoa kuului öisin vain vähän ääniä. Tätä hotellia voin suositella budjettimatkalle.

L'hotel parfait, l'accueil adorable !
Très agréablement surpris par l'hotel , très propre, extrêmement bien placé pour visiter la ville, et meme les iles. L'accueil de jour comme de nuit est très sympathique, le monsieur parle un français parfait et est vraiment de très bon conseil. La rapport qualité/prix est imbattable, les matelas sont neufs, comme la salle de bain. Il y a une petite terrasse sur la rue pour boire un verre ou petit-déjeuner. On peux laisser ses valises le jour du départ pour profiter de la ville avant son vol, On vous appelle un taxi sans problème . Vraiment une experience parfaite, je reviendrais certainement, merci encore !

I had a nice time at New York hotel. The rooms were recently fully renovated and they look beautiful. The place has overall a pleasant modern design. Best part of the stay was the helpfulness of Sakis at the reception. He gave us top tips for our journey.

Rhodes town stop over
Fell upon this excellent hotel by chance for a one night stop over in Rhodes town. The host was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Under Covid restrictions this was managed perfectly despite limited staff and hotel opening. Would recommend a visit!

I was very pleased with the hotel it is close to everything. The hotel is located in a good area. The staff are very helpful. Poor
I stayed here for 2 weeks in September /October, and the hotel was very basic. I was in Room 206, I did not have a balcony, it was a very small room with 2 single beds which were like a wallpaper paste board! Breakfast was poor too, and I only went down 2or 3 times for it.

The room was new, and clean. No complaints about it at all. The breakfast could be so much better, if there were just a little more selection. It was very basic. The service was not the best. My husband had to ask three different times, from three different people before he was able to get an extra pillow.

Ottimo soggiorno
Bellissima esperienza, con la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni in questo Hotel. Ottima posizione in pieno centro della Rodi (nuova), e a pochi minuti per raggiungere le mura della Rodi (vecchia). Moderno, pulito, e con diversi confort, la nostra camera si affacciava su strada, ed'era provvista di aria condizionata,wi-fi, frigorifero, tv, un tavolino con due sedie, e bagno. Colazione abbastanza semplice ed essenziale (non siamo rimasti a digiuno). Per finire proprietari sempre disponibili e pronti ad aiutare ad ogni richiesta.

Hotel ristrutturato abbastanza centrale. La pulizia se fatta, è fatta bene ma purtroppo in una settimana ce l'hanno pulita una sola volta a causa della tutela ambientale. Se si va in più donne si rischia di rimanere sommersi di capelli perché tolgono le cose nei cestini ma non passano aspirapolvere a meno che non sia il giorno di pulizia. Una pecca purtroppo la colazione, molto basic e scarsa. Se sei deve pagare a parte consiglio di farla fuori, se compresa nel prezzo ok. Personale gentile e disponibile, nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nice hotel. Right in the centre of town and 5/10 minutes walk from most parts of the town. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was quite basic but clean and has everything you need. The breakfast was just some breads and a cereal so not much variety. Overall a good hotel for the price.

Not as expected.
Negatives - Quite disappointing. Rooms are not like the photos. Old furniture. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Our room was cleaned with change of towels on our fourth day. Cleaner took away the air conditioning remote because we left it on throughout the day whilst we were out. She also kept the balcony sliding door open. The shower cubicle has only half glass so our bathroom had puddles daily after showering. All hairdryers were out of service. No amenities. Some plugs were not working so charging all our gadgets wasn't simple. Our door had a dodgy lock. Poor breakfast. Positives - Good location. Friendly staff who tried to accommodate us as much as possible. Modern bathroom and strong toilet flush. Comfortable beds. Great WiFi strength. The rooms are air-conditioned. Lift service for those staying on upper floors.

It seems that you expected to have some services that we do not mention at all in our description like the hotel amenities. Mycket centralt men väldigt enkelt. Den anställda personalen var helt ointresserade av sitt arbete. Managern var bra. Städning och byte handdukar 1 gång under en vecka! Mycket enkel frukost, vi fick dagligen påpeka att vissa saker var slut. Stod mycket disk runtom i lokalen som personalen inte plockade ut.

Dear Customers, thank you for giving us the opportunity to recheck our description in b expedia.com. All details are clearly written, especially about the maid service & change of towels & bed linen. Even thought it is clearly written that these services are provided limited dates, our chamber maid is checking all the rooms daily to clean bathroom and check if there is anything else that customers wish to have. It would be very easy to just ask by our chambermaid or our reception team any additional services you might needed, while you were in resort. Thank you also for the comments about the breakfast, we are in process to enrich it.
