Dear Ankit, Greetings, we are very sad to read this comment considering you never actually stayed at our hotel, becouse this does not represent our staff or our facilities. We understand your frustration but the story behind this comment is as follows, as they informed you from reservations this is an 'Adults only' facility and around 2 days before arrival you informed us that you forgot to add your infant child to the reservation, when our policy when you booked via Expedia clearly states Adults only. Since it was so close to arrival and your reservation was a non-refundable there was a penalty, becouse we kept the room for you in a very busy month. We wish all the best to you and your family but again this comment does not represent us at all as you can see also from other reviews and it's unfair to our staff who work hard all summer season to provide high quality hospitality. The property, rooms, amenities and staff are exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. White glove service all the way. The room we had was stunning, the shower was amazing, the pools (hot tub) are kept so clean. The views are amazing and endless…and the sunset, well, stunning. The food and delivery of breakfast and room service was great. They are so well set up and organized. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. The location is very desirable, however, make sure you are ok with a walk to and from transport, and stairs to access the property. We give our stay a 10/10. Thank you!

This hotel is located in a great place to see the best sunset in Santorini! In addition, there are lots of kind and friendly staffs!! So, we could enjoy our Santorini stay. The hotel rooms are pure white and very beautiful. They're also created using natural caves! It's amazing! There are some delicious seafood restaurants near the hotel. That was so delicious. I would recommend this hotel to all other travelers with absolute confidence!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Maregio. The accommodations are incredible. We loved our suite for so many reasons: the view, it was very private and the pool was such a luxury. The staff arranged a transfer to and from the airport which was so helpful. The staff was wonderful. Thank you for an amazing experience in Oia!

This was hands down the best service and experience I have had while traveling. Staff was extremely responsive and friendly. Service was above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here for your time in Santorini. Worth every penny!

Excellent hotel in Oia!!!
Maregio suites was amazing! Fabulous staff who really went out of their way to make things comfortable for their guests. The rooms were great - we had a honeymoon suite! Huge and spacious, super clean and modern! The location isn’t in the central part of Oia village but it’s like a 8-9 mins walk. Plus you get the first class sunset views from your balcony! The only 2 things I would suggest is one there is no hot water kettle in the room and one other thing, there are ants around that get into the hot tub. Not sure if this can be avoided but would be good if possible

Absolutely loved our stay. Booked the two bedroom cave with private pool. The service was exceptional. Everything was smooth, no stress. The food and drink were lovely. Having breakfast delivered daily to your own terrace was a lovely touch. Walkable to the main part of Oia along the cobbled streets. Amazing experience. So happy we booked it.

Pure elegant romance
Incredible hotel with a fantastic view and breakfast served every morning. Located in a quiet pat of Oia and a few minutes walk from all the action. Our only complaint would be that the bed/mattress is quite stiff.

Stunning place
This place is amazing, very modern and I loved the cave design especially. Breakfast option was amazing, view's great. We stayed in a honeymoon suite for two nights, the inside jacuzzi was great even if it wasn't working well. As soon as I walked into the resort I couldn't stop saying wow.. best resort ever in my life!

Structure magnifique proche du moulin, très calme. Vue imprenable sur le couché de soleil de Oia et jacuzzi personnelle. Suite hyper spacieuse et super confortable. Intimité des hôtes préservée grâce à l’aménagement de l’hôtel (orientation murs, rideaux) Service impeccable. Je recommande si le budget n’est pas un problème

I can't give this place enough of a good review. The service industry and hotel customer service has gone down big time over the last few years (coming from someone who travels full time). However, Maregio Suites is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. You get every single penny's worth. The staff is so helpful and nice, the property itself is unbelievable. The breakfast daily is delivered right to your own balcony, and is delicious, as is the dinner. The hotel was also very helpful in organizing airport transfers for us, and ATV rentals during our stay. Plus, the room is incredibly spacious, I think around 600 square feet (which is 2-3x most hotels in Oia. Highly recommend.

Loved the on suite hot tub, cave dwelling room and everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Great view of the sunset from our suite. Everything we needed was provided. Great swimming pool (a bit cold though). Room service was quick and efficient, food was also great. Worth the splurge to stay on the side of a cliff in Santorini!

Unique & Beautiful Cave-Room in Santorini
This was one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Your room is huge and built into the cliff side so you’re in a cave-like room. The bathroom was a huge cave-like room with an awesome rainfall shower head. We had a private small pool that the staff could make cooler or warmer, and you have a perfect, unobstructed view of the Santorini sunset. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and that staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. I would definitely stay here again.

This is where you find paradise!
Omg. Where do you start with this ??? This place is where dreams come true! We statyed at the honey moon suite and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY. This hotel is a preimum hotel and yes it is one of the expensive places but boy does does it blow your mind. Beautiful sceneic views with *5 star service. Alexander the receptionist was a gem! She explained everything and welcomed us down to the room with our plundged outside jets! The breakfast was unlimited and our meal during the sunset was phenominal!! Top class service all round from top to bottom Will be booking again.

We had an amazing stay in the 2 bed cave villa. The location is perfect to explore Oia. It’s only a few mins away from the shopping streets and castle and the sunset views over the caldera are stunning. The plunge pool and the delicious breakfast served outside on the terrace made the experience extra special. The cave villa itself is unique and spacious. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially Alessandra who shared her knowledge of the area to make sure we made the most of our stay.I really can’t recommend this property enough. I’d go back in a flash!

Very disappointing but made the most of it. We booked this property 9 months ago & we didn’t get the room we expected to get at the time of booking. This was my husband’s choice of stay (we stayed at my choice villa for 2 nights then this property for 3 nights). We booked a deluxe villa with (infinity) outdoor heated plunge pool overlooking the Aegean Sea as the photos showed over and over again, only to get a room that was not the photos. Management told my husband and I that we needed to have emailed them requesting for that specific room since we booked a category of rooms, & not a specific room, they made us feel like it was our fault. We were so upset & disappointed, it was false advertising, & management didn’t do much to rectify the situation. Since every room was sold out and not many hotels were available last minute, also we didn’t want to waste our day… we made the most of it. In the end of our stay, they did make attempts to smooth out the problem- with a very romantic dinner with beautiful rose petals all over our patio, and they surprisingly waived our room service bill ($150) at the time of check out. Overall it is a very spacious and beautiful property, just beyond upsetting and disappointing that we didn’t get what we paid for. Not sure if we’ll stay here again.

We've been traveling Greece for 3 weeks and this was our favorite spot. You have the perfect view of the sunset from your room. Each room has a patio with a table and chairs. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast on the patio. There is also a heated pool, lounge chairs and more. The rooms were beautiful and roomy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we arrived early. They gave us a small room with a bathroom and shower to use and store our luggage until our room was ready. They arranged all our transfers to and from the airport and ferry. On our first night they sent a complimentary bottle of white wine. They have a nice pool and bar area to reax. I could go on and on...Maregio is the place to stay in Santorini!

Such an amazing stay at Maregio!! The hotel was so beautiful! The views were the most amazing. Important to note that there aren’t many hotels in Oia that have a direct line of sight of the Sunset so Maregio is so unique in that aspect. We were able to watch the sunset right infront or our suite!! I believe all the suites have the same views at this hotel! I’m not a breakfast person but wow!!! Every single day our breakfast spread blew us away!! So delicious and so many options! But what’s even amazing about Maregio suits is the staff!! Everyone was sooo amazing and kind and helpful! They made our stay very comfortable and went above and beyond!! Thank you so much! I’d absolutely stay here again!!
